摘要：随着社会在快速发展，人本身的思想也在不断革新，传统社区的管理方式已经跟不上现代人的脚步了。在“互联网”和“大数据”进入人们的日常生活之后，人的生活方式也会随之改变。比起传统社区的效率低下，智能社区会是提高居民智能化生活水平的必然要求。这个课题提出了这个管理系统需要完成的功能：一是社区公告发布。二是社区事项投票。三是社区物业管理。四是社区资源管理。五是社区居民交流。本系统使用C#语言进行开发设计，使用的数据库为SQL2012。普通用户可以使用已有的账号登录系统，然后可以查看公告、参与事项投票、查看当月物业费用、修改信息申请、社区交流等；管理员使用管理员权限，登录系统后可以进行修改公告、发布事项投票、修改用户信息、创建新用户、录入用户物业费等。

Design and implementation of intelligent communitymanagement system

Abstract: With the rapid development of society and the constant innovation of people's ideas, the management of traditional communities has not been able to keep pace with modern people..After the "Internet" and "big data" have entered people's daily life, people's lifestyle will also change.Compared with the low efficiency of the traditional community, intelligent community will be an inevitable requirement to improve the living standard of the residents.This topic puts forward the functions that this management system needs to accomplish: first, community announcement. Two is a vote for the community. The three is the community property management. The four is the management of community resources. The five is community-based communication.The system is developed and designed in C# language, and the database used is SQL2012.Ordinary users can use the existing account login system, and then look at the bulletin, participation in the voting, check the property costs of the month, modify information applications, community exchanges, and so on.Administrators use the authority of administrators, after logging in the system can be modified bulletin, issues to vote, modify user information, create new users, enter user property fees.
