摘要：毕业实习是音乐表演专业一项重要的教育与专业实践活动，是音乐表演专业学生进入社会以前在大学的最后一个阶段。本文以学院音乐表演专业为例，剖析音乐表演专业毕业实习的现状，总结出音乐表演专业的实习具有多元化、灵活性、分散性、复杂化的特点。然而在实际执行时，也存在很多问题。比如说，学生实习效果不均衡、对就业帮助不大等。针对这些问题，我们应该根据人才培养的目标，完善音乐表演非教育专业的毕业实习模式加强实习前的指导、建立稳定的校外实习基地等，使音乐表演专业的学生得到综合素质的全面提升，适应社会对专业音乐人才的需求，更好的走上社会，走向工作岗位。

Research and Reflection on the graduation practice mode of music performance major in Normal University

Abstract:The graduation practice is an important education and professional practice of music performance. It is the last stage of music performance before entering the society. The Teachers College of music performance major as an example, analysis of the present situation of music performance major graduation practice, summed up the music professional practice with persification, flexibility, dispersed, complex characteristics. However, there are a lot of problems in the actual implementation. For example, the effect of student internships is not balanced, the employment of help is not large. To solve these problems, we should according to the goal of talent cultivation, perfect music performance non professional education graduation practice mode  to strengthen the practice of guidance, to establish the stable off campus practice base and other, make music performance major students get the all-round improvement of the comprehensive quality, suitable for the needs of the society of professional music talent, better go to the society, to jobs.

学院音乐表演专业毕业实习模式的探究与思考

音乐表演本科专业（含声乐、舞蹈、器乐方向）以培养能在各种企事业文化团体、艺术研究单位和文化机关、出版及广播、影视部门、高、中等学校从事表演、教学、研究、编辑等方面的人才为目标。由于高师音乐表演专业培养目标不同于音乐教育专业，因此，毕业实习可以参加校内舞台实践，以及艺术团体，社会文艺团体，艺术研究单位和文化机关，广播以及影视部门进行实习。音乐表演专业学生的专业综合素质的发展方向，很大程度上受艺术实践的影响。而毕业实习演出为学生提供了一个能够表现自己提升专业素质的舞台和平台。充分参加毕业实习演出能够让学生们在最短的时间里，迅速接触和掌握关于舞台表演的各方面知识，吸取实践演出的经验教训，从而增强学生对舞台表演的把握度，提高学生在实际表演中的适应能力与反应能力。同时学生在实习的过程中，通过担任各种职务角色，充分发掘自身的策划、创编等能力。通过实习实践的效果，检测自我的能力，扬长补短，进而提高自身的综合能力与音乐素养。然而，音乐表演专业毕业实习模式仍存在不足。学生舞台经验不足，舞台表演时找不到自信没有舞台感觉，难以达到实习目标。而在社会工作中，很多单位要求学生压轴演出或是策划一台大型晚会，实习生往往胆怯，没有能力满足这样的要求。因此，音乐表演专业毕业实习模式还需要不断的探索和完善。
