高速印刷机撑挡加工工艺及夹具设计+CAD图纸

采用了偏心快速夹紧装置,和翻转式夹具结构,操作过程中一扣,一压,零件即被夹紧,达到了快速夹紧的效果。


摘要:本次设计是企业实际课题,题目来源为科研项目、结合实际。根据设计任务书和毕业设计期间的个人实习设计生产项目经验,联系本人所学专业课程各方面知识,参照了《机械制造工艺学》、《机械制造工艺设计简明手册》、《数控加工工艺》等文献,严格按照《机械设计手册》、《切削用量简明手册》、《机床夹具设计手册》等多种设计规范进行,经过指导老师指导和不断修改更新,成功完成了此次毕业设计任务。经过精确计算和实验,按要求进行了零件三维设计,对零件毛坯及其加工工艺进行分析,制订了合理的加工工艺、工艺参数设定、工装刀具选择,并且根据生产加工需要,设计了新的专用快速定位夹具,目的为提高加工效率。

这次毕业设计是专业课程知识和社会生产实践经验的结合产物,过程中得到了指导老师以及行业相关人士的大力支持和帮助,培养了分析和解决工程设计中实际应用问题的综合能力,提高了应用三维制图软件绘制工程图纸和立体模型的能力,增强了在中英文文献及资料中获取实用信息的能力,并积累了很多实用设计经验。

Design of brace processing technology and fixture for high speed printing press

Abstract: This design is a practical topic for enterprises. The topic comes from scientific research projects and practice. According to the design task book and the personal internship during the graduation design, the experience of the production project is designed, related to the knowledge of the various aspects of the professional courses I have learned, and the reference of the "mechanical manufacturing technology", "mechanical manufacturing process design handbook", "NC processing technology" and other documents, Yan Ge according to the "mechanical design manual", "cut" A variety of design specifications, such as the simple manual of cutting amount and the design manual of the machine tool jig, have been carried out, and the graduation design task has been successfully completed through the guidance of the instructor and the continuous revision of the update. After accurate calculation and experiment, the three-dimensional design of parts is carried out according to the requirements. The blank and processing technology of parts are analyzed. The reasonable processing technology, the setting of process parameters and the selection of tooling tool are formulated. According to the needs of production and processing, a new special rapid positioning fixture is designed to improve the processing efficiency.

The graduation design is the product of the combination of professional curriculum knowledge and social production experience. In the process, the instructor and the related people of the industry are supported and helped, and the comprehensive ability to analyze and solve the practical application problems in the engineering design is trained, and the application of 3D drawing software to draw engineering drawings and erect is improved. The ability of the body model enhances the ability to acquire practical information in Chinese and English literature and data, and has accumulated a lot of practical design experience.
