摘要:本设计名称为上海汽运职业学校教学楼建筑与结构设计,结构型式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,地上四层,结构高度为14.4米,总建筑面积为5012.3平方米。建筑设计使用年限为50 年,耐火等级为二级,抗震设防烈度为7度。建筑设计部分:要求毕业生能根据设计任务书的要求,综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、结构造型、施工、建筑艺术等问题。着重解决建筑物内部各种使用功能和使用空间的合理安排;建筑物内部和外表的艺术效果;了解主要细部的构造方式等问题。结构设计部分:毕业生通过电算和手算掌握结构选型和结构布置的原则、方法,荷载计算和荷载组合方法,结构在竖向荷载和水平荷载下内力分析分析方法,上部结构和地基基础的承载力及变形设计方法,框架结构的主要构造要求,绘制结构施工图。手算内容主要包括:荷载计算、单桩承载力计算、典型区格楼板内力及配筋计算、楼梯内力及配筋计算,一榀框架的内力及配筋计算。

Design of building and structure of Teaching Building in Shanghai Automotive Vocational School

Abstract: The name of this design is the architectural and structural design of the teaching building of Shanghai Automotive Vocational School. The structural type is a cast-in-site reinforced concrete frame structure with four floors above the ground, a structural height of 14.4 meters and a total construction area of 5012.3 square meters. The service life of the building design is 50 years, the fire resistance rating is Grade 2, and the earthquake fortification intensity is 7 degrees. Architectural Design: Graduates are required to consider site environment, function, structure modeling, construction, and architectural art based on the requirements of the design mission book. Focus on the rational arrangement of various functions and use of space within the building; the artistic effects of the interior and exterior of the building; and the understanding of the construction methods of the main details. Structural Design: Graduates master the principles and methods of structural selection and structural arrangement by means of computer and hand calculations, load calculation and load combination methods, analysis methods for internal forces under vertical and horizontal loads, and superstructures and foundations. The bearing capacity and deformation design method, the main structural requirements of the frame structure, draw the construction drawings. Hand calculations mainly include: load calculations, calculation of bearing capacity of single piles, calculation of internal forces and reinforcements of typical compartments, calculation of internal forces of stairs and reinforcement calculations, and calculation of internal forces and reinforcement of frames.
