基于PLC和触摸屏的蔬菜环境监控系统设计

文所述的监控系统,在触摸屏上可以实时的监控蔬菜温湿度的数值,手动以及自动的状态也可以在上面显现出来。


摘  要:在中国这样一个国家里,农业的发展对我国是十分重要的,人口的庞大,也造成了我国的农业种植压力十分的庞大。随着这些年的发展,农业蔬菜的种植得到了极大地普及,各方面的种植技术十分需要完善。由于技术的不完备,在实际生产蔬菜的过程中,很多的环境测量量都需要经过人工的辅助才能够完成,并不能够实现自动化的操作,十分地浪费人力和物力,效率会变得十分地低下。有些时候蔬菜的种植产生的许多成效也不是很显著,所以,我国迫切地需要进行改革,来使得我国的农业自动化水平得到提高。蔬菜种植中的环境因素,比如,温度、湿度、光照度等数值的测量便会更加地方便,农业的自动化技术水平将会得到飞跃发展。

在本文中,我们仔细地研究了限制蔬菜生长的一些主要的因素,以及研究了如何采取相应的措施来解决问题。本文设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的蔬菜环境监控系统,在整个系统中,PLC为整个系统的核心组成部分,通过它来对整个设计的对象进行控制。还加入了测量温度和湿度的设备,选择的是具备高精度的温湿度变送器。为了使得系统的功能更加的完善,以便来实现人机交互功能,选择了MCGS嵌入式的组态软件,可以连接同一个公司生产的触摸屏,可以更加方便清晰地对蔬菜生产的各个环境因素进行监控,以解决耗费的劳动力大,成本高等显著的缺点,便于农业生产自动化的发展。

主要研究内容为:

(1)提出了整个蔬菜环境监控系统的总体设计的方案。

(2)提出了限制蔬菜生长的主要环境因素,然后进行了PLC、传感器、触摸屏的选型,并且进行了各个硬件部分的连接。

(3)给出了PLC实现的梯形图编程,并且给出了温湿度数据的变换,以及手动和自动程序的设计程序。

(4)通过MCGS嵌入式组态软件,设计了人机交互的界面,从而对蔬菜环境进行监控。

(5)研究了利用MCGS触摸屏修改温湿度的上下限,以便获取温湿度的实时和历史数据并且生成相应的曲线等功能。

Design of vegetable environment monitoring system based on PLC and touch screen

With the development of these years, the agricultural cultivation of vegetables has been greatly popularized, planting technology in all aspects of the very need improve. However, because the technology is not perfect, in the process of actual production of vegetables, a lot of environmental measurements are required after artificial auxiliary to complete, is not able to achieve automatic operation, so waste of manpower and material resources, the efficiency will be very low, and many achievements, sometimes the cultivation of vegetable produce is not very significant So, our country is in urgent need of reform, especially the reform of technology, to make the agriculture of our country to improve the level of automation, so that environmental factors in vegetable planting such as temperature, humidity, light intensity measurements will be more convenient, automation technology will leap development of agriculture.

In this paper, we have made a careful study of some of the major factors limiting the growth of vegetable, and studied how to take corresponding measures to solve the problem, this paper proposes a PLC touch screen and vegetables environment monitoring system based on the system designed in this paper, PLC is the core part of the whole system, through it is the object for the whole design, to control the system, also joined the temperature and humidity measurement equipment, we choose to have high precision temperature and humidity transmitter, in order to make the system more perfect, so as to realize the function of man-machine interaction, the choice of configuration software for embedded MCGS, Can be connected with a touch screen, produced by it, can be more convenient to monitor clearly on vegetable production of various environmental factors, in order to solve the labor consuming, high cost of significant shortcomings, to facilitate the development of agricultural production automation. The main contents of this research are:
