TiO2/g-C3N4复合物的制备及光催化性能表征

采用沉淀-析出的方法制备碳化氮和二氧化钛的复合材料。首先准备好各种所需要的药品和器具,然后用尿素与三聚氰胺溶解在一起,把它们放在温度为550 ℃的马弗炉中煅烧得到碳化氮。


摘  要:碳化氮本身是种很有发展前途的材料,而且拥有很多优秀的特性。因为其拥有特殊的光学特性而被用作可见光响应的光催化剂,所以碳化氮拥有相对低的带隙,而且对可见光反应较大,正是因为它的这些性质,所以它现在也被广泛的研发。碳化氮通过与二氧化钛复合可以得到所需要的复合材料。这篇文章采用沉淀-析出的方法制备碳化氮和二氧化钛的复合材料。首先准备好各种所需要的药品和器具,然后用尿素与三聚氰胺溶解在一起,把它们放在温度为550 ℃的马弗炉中煅烧得到碳化氮。然后将碳化氮与硫酸钛在去离子水中混合后,放入温度设置为120 ℃的电热鼓风干燥箱中反应,通过水热反应得到复合材料。再利用XRD来检测碳化氮与二氧化锌的组成成分,通过SEM表征来得到碳化氮与二氧化锌的外部样貌,利用FT-IR来检测碳化氮与二氧化锌的内部结构。通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR的表征分析可以证明得到碳化氮与二氧化钛的复合材料。把碳化氮与二氧化钛利用水热法可以得到一种新的材料。通过XRD、SEM、得出复合材料的内部结构与外部样貌。

Preparation and Characterization of G-C3N4/TiO2 Composite

Abstract: carbon nitrogen is a kind of promising material, and it has many good characteristics. Because of its special optical properties and is used as the light of the visible light response catalyst, so the carbon nitrogen has relatively low band gap, and response to visible light is bigger, precisely because it's these properties, so it is now also widely research and development. Titanium dioxide itself is a kind of white solid, and has the capability of semiconductor. Nitrogen with titanium dioxide composite carbide composite material can get what we need. This article adopts the method of precipitation - preparation of carbon nitrogen and titanium dioxide composite materials. First ready for all kinds of needed medicines and devices, and then use urea with melamine solubility, put them in the muffle furnace temperature is 550 degrees in calcined carbon nitrogen get what we need. Then put the carbon nitrogen mixes with titanium sulfate in deionized water, into the temperature is set to 120 degrees of electrothermal blowing in the reaction, through water fluid get the materials we need. Using XRD to detect the components of nitrogen and zinc oxide, carbide carbide nitrogen and zinc oxide is obtained by SEM to external image, to detect the FT - IR carbon nitrogen and the internal structure of secondary zinc oxide. By XRD, SEM, FT - IR characterization results can prove that carbon nitrogen and titanium dioxide composite material. Nitrogen is carbide by using melamine and urea roasting method. First to weigh about 4 g of melamine with about 20 g urea pour into a clean small crucible, put small crucible gently in the muffle furnace, the temperature to 550 degrees, let it at the speed of temperature 10 degrees per minute as the premise of roasting, such as after roasting, let in the muffle furnace temperature returned to room temperature after take out again, finally to weigh the quality, with the sample of the mortar to get crushed into powder, so that next time easy to use.The carbide nitrogen and titanium dioxide by hydrothermal method can get a kind of new material. By XRD, SEM, it is concluded that the internal structure of composite materials and the external image.
