Na2CaTi2Ge3O12Re3+(Re=Eu、Dy、Tb)发光性能研究

依据石榴石结构的组成,设计并采用高温固相法合成了一种新型的石榴石结构Na2CaTi2Ge3O12:Re3+,并研究了稀土离子Eu3+、Dy3+及过渡金属Mn4+掺杂后的发光性能。


摘 要:石榴石结构具有结构稳定性、发光中心格位较多、制备简单且方便、物理化学性质稳定等特点,是发光材料的主要基质之一。本论文依据石榴石结构的组成,设计并采用高温固相法合成了一种新型的石榴石结构Na2CaTi2Ge3O12:Re3+,并研究了稀土离子Eu3+、Dy3+及过渡金属Mn4+掺杂后的发光性能。使用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)确定所合成样品的结构,用Maud软件对结构精修。采用荧光分光光度计分析所制备样品的发光性能。结果表明,我们所设计的结构为预期的石榴石结构,但是制备的样品并非单相结构,存在杂质峰。以目前的实验条件无法去除,希望在之后的实验里可以通过一些方法能够制备得到结晶性良好的石榴石结构单相。Dy3+掺杂后可被紫外光激发,发射黄橙光;Eu3+掺杂后,可被近紫外光激发,发射红光;而过渡金属Mn4+掺杂之后则不表现出发光性能。从激发光谱的位置,我们可以预测该样品可作为白光发光二极管(LED)用发光材料,结合发射光谱分析,Eu3+掺杂的Na2CaTi2Ge3O12:Re3+石榴石结构发光材料可作为LED灯用荧光粉的潜力。

Study on Luminescence Properties of Na2CaTi2Ge3O12:Re3+(Re=Eu、Dy、Tb)

Abstract: Garnet structure have structural stability, site preparation and luminescence center more simple and convenient,stability of the physical and chemical properties, one of the main matrix of luminescent materials. This paper is based on the composition of garnet structure, a new type of garnet structure was designed and synthesized by high temperature solid state method Na2CaTi2Ge3O12:Re3+, the luminescence properties of rare earth ions doped with Eu3+ , Dy3+and transition metal Mn4+ were studied. By X ray powder diffraction (XRD) to determine the structure of the samples, and structure refinement by Maud software. Luminescence properties of the prepared samples were analyzed by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that the structure we have designed for the expected garnet structure, but the preparation of the samples is not a single phase structure, have impurity peak. Dy3+doped by ultraviolet excitation, emission in the blue violet; Eu3+ doping can be excited by near UV, emission mixed light of blue and red but transition metal Mn4+ doping does not show the luminescence properties. From the excitation spectrum of the position, we can predict the sample as a white light light-emitting diode (LED) luminescent materials used, combined with the emission spectral analysis and Eu3+ doped Na2CaTi2Ge3O12: Re3+garnet structure light-emitting materials as LED lantg rowthlamp fluorescent powder potential.

Na2CaTi2Ge3O12:Re3+(Re=Eu、Dy、Tb)发光性能研究

引 言:

稀土发光材料发光性能的研究一直是我国的主要研究对象。从1986年开始,中国稀土产量成为了世界第一,这使中国从单单的资源大国转变成为生产大国。在中国稀土事业高速发展的同时,不能沉浸在当下的第一而满足,当清醒的看到中国在稀土应用方面的不足,和世界最先进的稀土应用开发技术技术有着很大的差距。目前中国的稀土资源开发和利用上有着两个特点,一是出口稀土原料和粗产品,二是进口产品和精加工品。因此,中国将如何精细加工和稀土功能材料的研究作为二十一世纪化学化工的重大课题,其中稀土放光材料的研究将是主要的攻克对象。
