含硼和氮的脂肪酸水基润滑添加剂的制备及其摩擦学性能

摘要:将脂肪酸,二乙醇胺溶液,以甲苯与苯混合试剂作为溶剂,氢氧化钠作为催化剂,固体硼酸,以及乙醇胺,充分反应一定时间,得到硼酸酯,即水基润滑剂。即经由过程在脂肪酸份子中引入硼元素和氮元素,合成为了新型环境友好型水基润滑添加剂(BNR),用红外光谱仪对其主要官能团进行了判定,用四球磨擦磨损试验机考查了合成产品在水中的抗磨和极压机能,用X射线光电子能谱仪阐发了钢球磨损概况典范元素的化学状况,并切磋了该类添加剂的极压抗磨感化机理。并在尝试过程当中摸索出最好反映前提,如最好反映物配比、最好反映时间和最好反映温度,最好催化剂用量等。结果表明:含硼和氮的水基润滑添加剂具备良好的抗磨和减摩机能;因为长链脂肪酸分子的载体感化、硼原子的缺电子性、氮原子的高反映活性和三者的共同作用,添加剂在钢球磨损概况构成了高强度的吸附膜和磨擦化学反映膜,从而表现出极好的抗磨减摩和润滑性能。最佳反映前提为:硬脂酸,二乙醇胺,硼酸,乙醇胺的摩尔配比为1:1:1:1,总反映时间达10h,反映温度大概在110℃,催化剂用量大概为0.2g时,反映收率最大,且抗磨减摩性能最佳。

Synthesis and Tribological Behaviorof Boron-nitrogen Modified Fatty Acidas Water-based Lubricating Additive

Abstract: Fatty acid, diethanolamine solution, toluene and benzene mixed reagent as solvent, sodium hydroxide as catalyst, boric acid, solid and ethanolamine, reaction time, fully get boric acid ester, namely the water-based lubricant.Part is through the process in the fatty acid, the introduction of boron and nitrogen element in synthesis for new type of environmentally friendly water-based lubricant additive (BNR), using infrared spectrometer to determine the main functional groups, with a four-ball friction and wear testing machine examines the synthetic products in the water of the anti-wear and extreme pressure function, using X-ray photoelectron spectrometer exposition of steel ball wear situation of model element chemical condition, and play the extreme pressure antiwear influence mechanism of the additives.And in the process of trying to find out the best reflection of the premise, such as the best reflection of the proportion, best reflection time and the best reflection temperature, the best catalyst dosage and so on.The results show that the water-based lubricating additives containing boron and nitrogen have good anti-wear and anti-friction function.As the carrier of long chain fatty acid molecules influence, electron-deficient of boron and nitrogen of high activity and the three significant influence action, additives in the steel ball wear situation constitutes a high strength adsorption film and friction of chemical reaction film, which showed excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure influence.Best reflects the premise is: stearic acid, diethanolamine and boric acid, the molar ratio of ethanolamine as1:1:1:1, 10h at the mercy of total reaction time, reflect the mercy temperature at 110℃, dosage of catalyst for 0.2 g mercy, reflect the yield is the largest, and the anti-wear and extreme pressure function best.
