摘要:本文为上海第二科技园办公楼建筑与结构设计计算书。其结构型式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,地上五层,结构高度为18米。总建筑面积为4644平方米,建筑设计的使用年限为50年,耐火等级为二级,抗震设防烈度为7度。

建筑设计部分:要求能够根据毕业设计任务书的要求,综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、结构造型、方便施工、建筑艺术等问题进行相对应的建筑设计。着重于解决建筑物内部各种使用功能以及使用空间的合理安排;建筑物内部和外表的艺术效果;了解主要细部的构造方式等问题。

结构设计部分:以建筑设计方案为基础,要求通过电算(PKPM软件)和手算的方式掌握结构选型和结构布置的原则及方法;掌握如何进行荷载计算和荷载的组合方法;掌握结构在竖向荷载和水平荷载作用下的内力分析;掌握上部结构和地基基础的承载力及其变形的设计方法;掌握框架结构的主要构造要求,并绘制结构施工图。

Abstract: This article is the calculation book for the architectural and structural design of the office building of Shanghai No.2 Science Park. Its structural type is cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, with five floors above the ground and a structural height of 18 meters. The total construction area is 4644 square meters, the service life of the building design is 50 years, the fire resistance grade is 2 and the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees.

The architectural design part: It is required that according to the requirements of the graduation design task book, comprehensive consideration should be given to the site environment, the use of functions, the structural modeling, the convenience of construction, and the architectural art to carry out the corresponding architectural design. Focus on solving the various internal functions of the building and the rational arrangement of the use of space; the artistic effects of the interior and exterior of the building; and the understanding of the construction methods of the main details.

Structural design part: Based on the architectural design plan, it is required to grasp the principles and methods of structural selection and structural arrangement by means of computer-based calculation (PKPM software) and manual calculation; to master how to combine load calculations and load combinations; Analysis of internal forces under vertical and horizontal loads; master design methods for bearing capacity and deformation of superstructures and foundations; master the main structural requirements of frame structures and draw structural drawings.
