摘要:随着我国的电力网络的发展和高压输送电力资源网络的逐渐完善,国家现在逐步加大西电东送的规模,完善运输途中各个地区的主要电力网络,加强发展先进的高压输电技术。故高压输电电缆的安全运行是高效率电力运输的安全保证,及时或预告电力运输过程中可能发生的故障具有重要的意义。因此,本文开展了基于紫外光局放检测法的杆塔绝缘子污秽放电监测装置研究。首先,本文主要对杆塔绝缘子污秽放电理论进行探讨与研究并比较了多种应用于局部放电监测技术的优、缺点,完成整体方案的设计。采用GPRS无线传输技术设计了在线监测系统。系统主要分为上位机和下位机两个模块。单片机等硬件部分为系统的下位机部分,主要功能是实现数据的采集的数据通讯的任务,具体的电路原理图用Altium Designer设计。系统的上位机部分是采用Lab VIEW软件进行开发设计,有信号监测模块和信号报警模块。

Study on the monitoring device of insulator pollution discharge of the tower insulator based on uv.

Abstract: With the development of China's power network and the gradual improvement of the high voltage transmission network, the country is now gradually increasing the scale of the west to the East, improving the main power network of various areas in the transportation, and strengthening the development of advanced high-voltage transmission technology. Therefore, the safe operation of high voltage power transmission cable is the security guarantee of high efficiency power transportation. It is of great significance to timely or preview the possible failures in the process of electric power transportation. Therefore, a discharge monitoring device for tower insulators based on ultraviolet PD detection is developed in this paper. First of all, this paper mainly discusses and studies the pollution discharge theory of pole and tower insulators, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of many kinds of PD monitoring techniques, and completes the design of the overall scheme. An on-line monitoring system is designed by using GPRS wireless transmission technology. The system is mainly pided into two modules: upper computer and lower computer. The MCU and other hardware parts are the part of the system's lower computer. The main function is to realize the data communication task of collecting data. The specific circuit schematic diagram is designed by Altium Designer. The upper part of the system is developed by Lab VIEW software, with signal monitoring module and signal alarm module.
