摘要：本课题采用优化的提取条件，对两种灵芝进行了水提，龙之二号的提取条件是，温度：96℃；提取时间3.9小时；料液比1:26；黄山一号的提取条件是，温度：90℃；提取时间3.1小时；料液比1:30。经过离心，抽滤，旋蒸到两种灵芝的水提液各1000ml，对两种水提液的生物活性进行体外评价，包括功效成分的测定，抗氧化性评价，抗菌评价，络氨酸酶抑制评价，认为两种灵芝提取物具有一定的保湿，抗氧化，抗菌的性能。制备三个剂型的化妆品，对化妆品配方进行优化，将提取液不同浓度添加到三个剂型的化妆品中，确定提取物的添加量，并对其进行理化指标测定盒功效评价。

Preparation of a cosmetic containing Ganoderma lucidum extract and evaluation of its efficacy

Abstract: In this topic, the extraction conditions were optimized and two kinds of Ganoderma lucidum were subjected to water extraction. The extraction conditions of Long No.2 were: temperature: 96°C; extraction time: 3.9 hours; solid-liquid ratio 1:26; extraction condition of Huangshan No.1 was Temperature: 90°C; extraction time 3.1 hours; solid-liquid ratio 1:30. After centrifugation, suction filtration, and rotary vortexing to 1000ml each of the two Ganoderma lucidum aqueous extracts, the biological activities of the two aqueous extracts were evaluated in vitro, including the determination of efficacy components, evaluation of antioxidative properties, evaluation of antibacterial activity, and tyrosinase Inhibitory evaluations suggest that two Ganoderma lucidum extracts have certain moisturizing, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties. Preparation of three formulations of cosmetics, optimization of cosmetic formulations, the different concentrations of the extract was added to the three formulations of cosmetics, to determine the amount of extracts, and its physical and chemical indicators of the efficacy of the evaluation box.

1 绪论

随着经济的迅速发展，化妆品已经成为国内外人们生活中必不可少的快消品，化妆品行业市场巨大，化妆品的研究也成热点，尤其是天然化妆品，备受消费者追捧。不过市场上天然化妆品品质参差不齐，有待规范严格。灵芝是自古以来美容养颜的佳品，故本课题将灵芝应用于化妆品中并对其进行功效评价。

1.1 天然化妆品研究现状

天然化妆品的范围广泛，一般来讲，我将添加天然成分提取物的化妆品野叫做天然化妆品，它保持一般化妆品所具有的一些作用，如清洁，美容、护肤、等特性，而且还具有一些较为安全的功效性的功效成分，比如可以美白，防止衰老，满足消费者需求。目前国际品牌采用了多种流行的植物成分，如绿茶、金缕梅、洋甘菊、薰衣草、迷迭香。除此之外，也开始介入中药领域的精典组份，如金银花、野菊花、人参、甘草、首乌、生姜等，其功效不一。含芦荟提取物化妆品是市面上最常见的化妆品之一，它不仅具有杀菌功效。还可以美白养颜，含绿茶提取物化妆品同样常见，具有抗氧化，抗衰老功效，另外，含银杏提取物与含葡萄籽提取物化妆品具有清除自由基的功效，从而达到抗衰老的目的
