摘要:作为矿山不可或缺的设备,矿井提升机的“职责”主要是对工作人员、物料、矿石等进行运输,以满足地下矿井和外界建立联系的需要,加之其功能具有唯一性,故素有“矿山咽喉”之称。众所周知,稳定而安全地运行,是对矿井提升机最基本也是最关键的要求。在传统时代,继电器-接触器在矿井提升机控制系统中,具有较高的使用频率和较广泛的使用范围。虽然在当时的技术条件下,此类设计有其先进性,但其弊端也十分明显:效率严重不足、电能耗损量较高、易发生故障、操作难度大、性能不稳定,等等。所以,从现实角度看,作为国际国内研究热点之一,深入探讨矿井提升机控制系统意义重大。

进入新时代后,PLC、计算机相关技术取得了突飞猛进的发展,在矿山行业,得益于各项前沿技术的应用,旧有控制系统的性能得到了大幅改善。作为自动控制技术的一种,最近这些年,变频调速取得了突破性进展,通过从电源频率上,对被控对象进行调整,该技术达到了大范围无极平滑调节交流电动机速度的目标。同时,在运行时,变频调速技术还能基于对电动机负载的分析,确保电机以最佳状态进行工作,从而促进能耗的降低和效率的提高。得益于经济效益高、稳定性强、操作便捷等优点,在异步电动机的调速控制方面,变频器的突出表现赢得了普遍认可。所以,通过变频器的应用,优化控制系统,是矿井提升机未来发展的大势所趋。

ABSTRACT:As the indispensable equipment in mines, mine hoist's "responsibility" is mainly for personnel, materials, ore transportation, etc. To meet the needs of underground mines and external connection, and its function has uniqueness, is known as the "mine throat". It is well known that stable and safe operation is the most basic and critical requirement for mine hoist. In the era of traditional relay - contactor in mine hoist control system, has the high frequency of use and the use of broader scope. Although at the time of the technical conditions, this kind of design has its advanced nature, but its drawback is obvious: shortage of efficiency, high power consumption quantity, prone to failure, difficult operation, unstable performance, and so on. Therefore, from the practical point of view, it is important to explore the control system of mine hoist in depth.

After entering the new era, PLC, computer related technology has obtained the development which progresses by leaps and bounds, in the mining industry, thanks to the application of the cutting-edge technology, the old control system performance is significantly improved. As a kind of automatic control technology, in recent years, the frequency control of motor speed has made breakthrough progress, through the power frequency, the adjustment of the object, and the technology to achieve a wide range of infinite smooth the goal of ac motor speed adjustment. At the same time, at run time, frequency control of motor speed technology can also be based on the analysis of the motor load, to ensure that the motor working in top form, so as to promote low energy consumption and efficiency. Thanks to high economic efficiency, stability, and convenient to operate, and other advantages, in terms of asynchronous motor speed regulation control, the outstanding performance of the frequency converter won widespread recognition. Therefore, through the application of the frequency converter, the optimized control system is the trend of the future development of mine elevator.
