本次设计是从醋氯芬酸的众多合成路线中,根据对各合成路线原料、催化剂和反应条件的选择进行对比,选择出最佳的一条路线。
摘要:醋氯芬酸属于非甾体抗炎药,在解热、镇痛以及抗关节炎方面有着极好的的药效。醋氯芬酸在临床实践中表现的特征是具有明显广泛的抗炎作用、强力的镇痛和解热以及胃毒性作用,所以临床上经常用于治疗风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎等疾病,同时也常用于治疗腰疼、偏头疼、牙疼等疾病引发的疼痛,是治疗急慢性疼痛、抗炎的安全可靠药物。
本次设计研究根据国内外醋氯芬酸的合成生产现状及发展,分析了现有的合成工艺路线的优点和不足,从中挑选出最适合用于生产设计的路线。并结合本次课题的需求,通过计算出年产1000吨醋氯芬酸整个过程的物料衡算以及能量衡算,对所需的工艺设备及工艺原料进行筛选,设计出一条安全、环保、并产生高经济效益的新型工艺路线。并根据选择的合成路线以及筛选后得到的设备,利用AutoCAD软件设计出合理厂区布置。

Study on the process design of 1, 000 tons of aceclofenac
Abstract: Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with excellent efficacy in antipyretic, analgesic and anti-arthritis. The characteristic of aceclofenac in clinical practice is that it has a wide range of anti-inflammatory effects, strong analgesia and antipyretic effects, and gastric toxicity. Therefore, it is often used clinically to treat diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also commonly used to treat pain caused by back pain, migraine headaches, toothache, etc. It is a safe and reliable drug for treating acute and chronic pain and anti-inflammatory.
Based on the current status and development of synthetic production of Aceclofenac at home and abroad, this design study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing synthetic route and selects the route that is most suitable for production design. Combined with the needs of this project, we calculated the material balance and energy balance of the entire process of producing aceclofenac with an annual output of 1,000 tons, and screened the necessary process equipment and process materials to design a safe, environmentally friendly, and A new process route that produces high economic benefits. According to the selected synthetic route and the equipment obtained after screening, a reasonable plant layout was designed using AutoCAD software.
