摘要：我国是世界烟草生产和消费第一大国，中式卷烟作为全世界的一大烟草分支，其所用的烟叶大部分来自本国种植生产的，它的卷烟风格和吃味特征明显不同于欧美等国生产的混合型卷烟，中式卷烟是适应中国市场的专为中国消费者群体设计的卷烟。中式烤烟型卷烟在吸味上分为清香型、浓香型和中间香型和淡雅香型。“黄鹤楼”是雅香型，“玉溪”是清香型，“中华”是浓香型，“芙蓉王”则开创了中间型路线。中间香型烟叶香气纯正丰富，具有正甜香韵。香气传感速度中等，是卷烟香味的主体香气，本课题所研究的是制备中间香偏浓的中式卷烟，是对中间香型中式卷烟的拓展。通过对空白实验空白卷烟的加料加香，评吸后不断修改香精配方，不仅协调烟香，而且协调整体的香韵，修整卷烟产品的吸食口味及吃味，最终得到符合课题的中间香偏浓的加料加香香精配方。

Preparation of Chinese Style Cigarette with Middle Fragrance intended to rich aroma

Abstract:  China is the largest country in tobacco production and consumption in the world. Chinese flue-cured cigarettes refer to Chinese flue-cured tobacco leaves as the main raw materials, its aroma style and flavor characteristics are obviously different from those of British flue-cured tobacco (including Italy). Australia and other countries, has obviously adapted to the habits of Chinese consumers of flue-cured tobacco cigarettes. Chinese flue-cured tobacco cigarette can be classified into three types on flavor absorption: fragrant type, Luzhou-flavor type, intermediate type and elegant flavor type. Yellow Crane Tower is elegant type, Yuxi is fragrant type, China is Luzhou-flavor type, and Furong King has initiated the intermediate route. The middle flavor tobacco leaves are pure and rich in aroma and have positive sweet flavor. The medium speed of aroma sensing is The main aroma of cigarettes, in the aroma of cigarettes to provide the aroma of tobacco. The volatilization of aroma components in flue gas is more balanced, which is similar to the characteristics of "body aroma" in flavoring technology. The middle flavor cigarette is in the middle of the clear, the strong two fragrant but partial to the clear, the tobacco original fragrance displays, elegant and round, smoke fine, absorbs the flavor to coordinate mellow, the aftertaste is clean and long, the aftertaste grows and returns the sweet. In this paper, the preparation of Chinese cigarettes with medium flavor is studied, which is the expansion of middle flavor Chinese cigarettes. By adding flavor to the blank experimental cigarette and modifying the flavor formula after smoking, we can get the final result by coordinating the flavor of the cigarette and the whole flavor, and finishing the absorption and eating taste of the cigarette product. The formula of flavoring and flavoring is suitable for the subject.
