摘  要：近年来，科学技术的持续发展使国际贸易也迎来了科技化的时代，科技创新能力对国际贸易的影响也越来越大。科技创新扩展了贸易空间，促进了贸易一体化进程，实现了贸易活动的全球化。但在科技创新促进国际贸易发展的同时，也给我国的国际贸易带来了消极的影响，面对竞争日趋激烈的现实，如何有效进行科技创新成为现代国际贸易发展的重点之一。本文在阐述我国科技创新能力给本国国际贸易发展带来的影响的同时,比较辨析了发达国家科技创新对中国国际贸易的影响，并加大研发投入，提高创新能力和加强保障措施等方面提出相关对策和建议，从而促进科技创新，提升我国国际贸易的发展水平，实现我国从贸易大国转变成贸易强国的伟大中国梦。

Scientific and Technological Innovation to Our Country International Trade Influence and Countermeasures Research

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, international trade ushered in the era of them, the influence of the scientific and technological innovation ability is more and more enormous. The scientific and technological innovation can exploits trade space, promotes trade integration and achieves trade globalization. At the same time, they can promote the development of international trade, they also bring negative impacts to the international trade of our country, facing the increasingly fierce competition in the reality, how to carry on the scientific and technological innovation effectively has become one of the key point of the development of the modern international trade. This paper analyzes comparatively the positive and negative influences of the developed countries scientific and technological innovation ability on our country international trade based on the analysis of China’s scientific and technological innovation ability affects our country international trade. And puts forward some relevant suggestions and countermeasures to solve these negative influences, for example, hoist the innovation capacity, adopt safeguard measures and improve the innovation system which can promote the competitiveness of the international trade in China, make our country from a big trading country into a trade power.

科技创新对我国国际贸易的影响及对策研究

前言

科技创新是指创造和采用新知识和新技术，利用新的生产方式和经营管理方式，研发新产品，生产出优质的产品，提升服务水平的过程。科技创新可以被分为三种类型：知识创新，技术创新和管理创新。2016年5月30日，在创新大会上指出，实现中国伟大复兴的中国梦，一定要坚持走中国特色自主创新道路，推进各领域科技创新，建设世界科技强国。进入二十一世纪，科技水平已经成为影响世界经济周期最主要的变量之一，更是在国际贸易领域的影响越来越大。科技创新对发展经济的首要促进作用是科技创新对国际贸易影响的根本。科技创新是推进国际贸易进程的根本动力，它能够提升国际贸易运作往来的速度，优化国际贸易产品结构、产业布局和国际分工，提高国际产品竞争能力，进而促进国际贸易的发展。科技创新无论是在企业加强进出口贸易操作的层面，还是在政府促进国际贸易繁荣的层面都表现出巨大的作用。
