新型车削测力系统的辅助装置设计

摘要:在切割过程中,监测技术要求更高、更高的速度,要有很高的准确度,高自动切割方向,自动加工机床和制造体系,提出了各种处理监测功能。在这些高度自动化加工装备,确保加工质量,提升生产效率,进一步的发挥他们的出色的表现,设备状态监测和控制过程尤为重要。经过很多的探究结果说明,在每一步骤中切割的微小形变,切削力的变化可以反映切削力的变化,作为最广泛应用的研究之一,国内的探测方法和国外,但这些方法在机器的时间大多数地取代原厂固件,特别是具有高准确度的效果下冲击数控机床机械体系的特点。按照这一问题,急需设计出一个外部的尺寸。

文章对测力计构造进行了解析,然后对测力嚣进行了校准,成为新型测力计,新的车削测力嚣比以往的车削测力嚣有很多的优势:外部构造的在车床中有类似的构造,对整体不产生干扰,可以安装在车床上,进一步准确的展现出切割力的数值大小,传感嚣的敏感度高,这样的传感嚣具有极好的线性非动态属性。传感嚣的技术指标已经按照的CIRP.STCC设定的测力计标准预期达到。运用了三个度量因子(切割深度ap,进给量f,主轴转速n,),还有正交试验法对车削中的力进行实际测试。经过对极差分析,对力的影响的主次排序为ap>f>n,按照车削的公式进一步的解析,表明这个车削测力传感嚣可以运用到实际测量中。

Abstract:In cutting process, monitoring technical requirements higher and higher speed, having high accuracy, high automatic cutting, automatic machine tools and manufacturing system, and put forward the various monitoring function. In these highly automated processing equipment, ensuring the quality of processing, improving the production efficiency, and further developing their outstanding performance, the equipment state monitoring and control process is particularly important. Results show that, after a lot of inquiry in every step of cutting small deformation, the change of cutting force can reflect the change of cutting force, as one of the most widely applied research, detection method of domestic and abroad, but these methods in most of the time machine to replace the original firmware, especially with high accuracy under the effect of impact the characteristics of the CNC machine mechanical system. According to this problem, an external dimension is urgently needed.

Three measurement factors were used (cutting depth ap, feed amount f, spindle speed n,), and orthogonal test method was used to test the force in turning. After the analysis of the extreme difference, the main order of the influence on the force is ap>f>n, which is further analyzed according to the formula of turning, indicating that this turning force sensor can be applied to the actual measurement.
