本项目中所应用到的关键性绿色节能技术已经阐述清楚。但真正的绿色环保还包括整个生命周期内的绿色环保,包括建造和维护成本等等。
摘要:本项目是要运用绿色节能手段,将位于深圳蛇口区的海涛酒店,改造成为绿色低碳的老年公寓。这不仅是一次功能上改造,还要对建筑结构进行系统性的修改。由于原始酒店建筑修建于80年代,虽然毗邻海湾,环境优越,但内部功能已不能满足现行设计规范。建筑首先应该满足的就是人员安全需求,所以本次改造首先对交通流线进行重新设计,在保留主体结构的同时,加入节能系统。在南向和西向采光较好的立面上采用主、被动节能相结合的方式。而北向和东向景观面较好的立面则以被动节能为主。建筑内部挖出中庭,促进建筑内部气体流动,风井上设置风帽和溶液除湿系统相结合的空气干燥系统。居住单元内部依靠海水源热泵来辅助降温。屋面设置太阳能热水器来满足内部热水需求,雨水回收系统则来满足卫生间用水需求。在老年公寓的背部使用功能上,除了基本的无障碍设计之外,歌舞活动室、阅览室的设置旨在丰富老年人的精神文化生活。此外,考虑到子女一家人带孩子过来探望父母的情景,还特地设置儿童活动室来满足孙辈需求。

Abstract:The project is to transform the Haitao Hotel in Shekou District of Shenzhen into a green low carbon apartment for the elderly by means of green energy conservation. This is not only a functional transformation, but also a systematic revision of the building structure. Since the original hotel building was built in 80s, although it is adjacent to the Bay and the environment is superior, its internal functions can no longer meet the existing design specifications. First of all, the building should meet the needs of personnel safety, so first of all, the redesign of the traffic streamline, while retaining the main structure, and adding energy saving system. A combination of passive and energy saving is adopted in the southern and western facade. While the northern and east facing facade is mainly passive energy saving. The atrium is excavated inside the building to promote the flow of gas inside the building, and the air drying system combined with the hood and the liquid desiccant system is installed on the ventilation shaft. The residential units rely on seawater source heat pumps to help cool down. The roof is equipped with solar water heaters to meet the needs of the internal hot water, and the rainwater recovery system will meet the needs of toilet water. In the back use of the old apartment, in addition to the basic barrier free design, the singing and dancing rooms and reading rooms are designed to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly. In addition, taking into account the children's family to bring their children to visit their parents, specially set up children's activity room to meet the needs of their grandchildren.

绿色低碳、节能环保成为每个建筑师都必须面临的问题。我们这一次对深圳海涛酒店进行老年公寓改造,首先就是要进行绿色节能改造。通过对原始建筑周边环境以及内部结构的分析,结合相关案例,来确定绿色节能技术介入的手段。在对主体结构进行改造,满足现行设计规范之后,再分别针对不同的使用要求,来进行主动式节能与被动式节能设计。我们利用了太阳能产生电能和热能来分别满足水源热泵和公寓内的热水供给需求,又通过中庭和溶液除湿系统的介入,促进建筑内部气体流动,通过拔风效应促进室内气体流动。将阳台改造成空气腔,利用双层墙原理,配合主动遮阳来满足室温的自主调节。
