设计总说明:中央空调系统由一个或多个冷热源系统和多个空气调节系统组成。采用液体气化制冷的原理为空气调节系统提供所需冷量,用以抵消室内环境的冷负荷;制热系统为空气调节系统提供所需热量,用以抵消室内环境热负荷。
中央空调是一个比较大的概念,它涵盖的行业产品比较广泛,也是一个内涵不断发展扩充的。它既包括起步较早的暖通行业产品,随后起步的制冷行业产品,还有近年来异军突起的家用中央空调。从传统意义上讲,中央空调产品属于工业设备。因而,在市场营销上它具有很强的针对性,是一对一或者是点对点的生产与销售。
随着我国居民生活水平的提高,中央空调产品的使用场所将产生新的变化,开始向产品使用面积的下限扩展。家用中央空调的推出,满足了高密度住宅和别墅住户的需要。由于该类产品将家用空调与中央空调的优点结合起来,省去室外机,美化了小区环境;同时,因其具备良好的经济性能并能减少对环境的污染,因而在未来的中央空调市场中将有较大的发展。
