设计总说明：该设计根据学校要求，为了检验学生的学习实践能力，独立工作能力和技术 能力，培养学生的实践能力和创新精神。本设计题目是工程项目招投标模拟（投标部分）， 主要是模拟建筑招投标过程中的投标过程。

该次设计模拟一项已经报备审批的工程项目经行投标过程，以深入了解招投标的具体 过程以及操作程序。主要是运用学习的理论知识来检验实际过程的具体过程，以实际投标 过程为参考，编制资格预审申请书，和工程量清单和招标文件，且可以达到实际招投标文 件的标准。

该设计的主要内容是模拟投标过程的具体操作程序，首先根据业主的招标公告获取招 标信息，编制投递资格预审申请书，获得资格预审合格通知后，组建投标班子，对招标文 件进行详细的分析研究，组织人员参加现招标单位组织的场踏勘和的标前会议。通过现场 踏勘和标前会议获取有效的信息，开始编制投标文件，主要是校核招标文件中的工程量清 单和根据工程类型编制施工组织计划。

在投标截止日期之前递交符合要求的投标文件，由招标人或委托代理机构主持开标会议，唱标。评标过程中由评标委员会对标书进行审查评分，最终确定中标人。在收到中标 通知书后与业主签订合同协议，最终完成整个投标过程。

The Simulation of Engineering Project Bidding (Bidding)

Description:According to the school’s requirements, the purpose of this graduation project is to test students' practical ability, independent working ability and technical ability; cultivate and students' practical ability and inspire their innovative spirit. This design topic is the engineering project bidding simulation (bidding), and the main part is simulates the bidding process in the whole construction bidding process.

The design simulates the bidding process of an engineering project that has been submitted for approval, in order to look into the specific bidding process and operation procedures. Using theory knowledge we have learned to simulate the actual process of specific process, with the actual bidding process for reference, prepare the prequalification application, bill of quantities and tender documents, which can reach the practical standard of bidding.

The main content of this design is to simulate the bidding process of the concrete operating procedure, first of all, according to the owner of the tender announcement, and prepare the prequalification application and delivery it to owner. After we received qualified for prequalification notice, we build a bidding team and the bidding team work on the study of this tender document seriously. Then we send representatives to attend the site survey and Pre-bid Conference hosted by owner.

Basing on the effective information through site survey and Pre-bid Conference, the bidding team began to prepare bidding documents, which is mainly checking the bill of quantities in the bidding documents and preparing construction organization plans for this construction projection.

Before the deadline, we submit the bidding documents, and the bid opening meeting shall be presided over by owner or the entrusted agency. After we receive the notification tender award, the last step to finish the whole process is sign a contract with the owner.
