申港中心F区空调系统设计及防排烟+图纸

针对于超高层建筑楼梯与前室的防排烟以及避难层防排烟的设计。在申港中心超高层建筑中,楼梯间与前室不具备自然排烟的条件,需要针对楼梯间进行机械加压送风,造成与走道之间一定的压


设计总说明

本次设计是上海申港中心13层的空调系统设计,申港中心是63层的超高层建筑。其中1-5层为商场建筑,主要用于商业建筑。6楼、22楼、36楼、50楼为安全避难层,用作火灾等危险情况的消防避难楼层,为消防安全专门设置的供人们疏散避难的楼层。7-21层为五星级酒店,23-63层办公区域楼层申港中心采用传热系数为1.8的中心玻璃幕墙!本次设计主要针对13层酒店的空调系统设计,在设计过程中考虑到酒店属于五星级高档酒店,所以对于人员舒适性的要求较高。主要在于室内设计参数的要求较高。首先获取了上海当地的室外设计参数,获取大量的参数资料,查证建筑设计规范与五星级酒店室内参数要求,随后进行空调房间围护结构、人员、新风、照明、设备等方面的负荷计算。汇总,为后续的设计做铺垫!

考虑到酒店房间,所以空调系统采用风机盘管与新风系统。应老师的要求,新风与风机盘管的回风相混合!鉴于这一点,在风机盘管机组选型时,要求送风量与负荷较一般要大一些!再新风机组的选择上,根据建筑结构特点选择3个新风机组。每一个负责一个区域!同时,送风方式选择侧送风!水系统方面,应老师要求。选择垂直同程立管水系统!

最后,进行机房风管平面图。水管平面图的设计,并画出系统图,其中包括冷冻水系 风管管路的设计。在这次毕业设计面临结束的时候,我知道了在大学四年期间学习的每门课程对我们今后的工作与发展的重要作用,同时也更加清楚的了解了学习的所有课程如何更好的应用于工作和生活当中,本次设计就是我们学习所有知识最好的应用之处。融会贯通,应用于生活

Design description

This design is the air-conditioning system design of the 13th floor of the Shanghai Shengang Center. The Shen-Hang Center is a 63-storey super high-rise building. One to five storefront buildings are mainly used for commercial buildings. Shanghai Shengang Center uses a center glass curtain wall with a heat transfer coefficient of 1.8! This design mainly focuses on the 13-storey hotel air-conditioning system design. In the design process, it considers that the hotel belongs to a five-star luxury hotel. Therefore, the requirements for the comfort of the staff are high. The main reason is that the requirements for interior design parameters are high. Firstly, we obtained the parameters of Shanghai's local outdoor design, acquired a large amount of parameter data, verified the architectural design specifications and the requirements of the five-star hotel's indoor parameters, and then performed load calculations on the air-conditioning room envelope structure, personnel, ventilation, lighting, and equipment. Summarize, to pave the way for subsequent design!

Taking into account the hotel room, so the air conditioning system uses fan coil and fresh air system. At the teacher's request, the fresh air is mixed with the return air from the fan coils! In view of this, in the selection of fan coil units, the air volume and load are required to be larger than normal. Based on the selection of new air units, three new air units are selected according to the characteristics of the building structure. Each one is responsible for a region! At the same time, the air supply method selects side air supply! In the water system, teachers are requested. Choose the vertical siphon water system!

Finally, plan the air duct of the engine room. The design of the plan of the water pipe and draws a system diagram, including the design of the chilled water system air duct. At the end of this graduation project, I learned that each course I studied during the four years of the university played an important role in our future work and development, and I also clearly understood how all the courses taught were better applied.
