针对方细菌性肺炎病人的红细胞的变形方面展开了研究工作。由于时间不充足,我自己个人的知识面也不够广泛,以及研究的复杂性,这次论文仍然有很多的地方需要改进和研究。
摘 要:近来这几年间,血液流变学已经广泛应用到临床医学上,对于感染的血液流变化也做了一些研究,通过研究发现,感染病人的血液流变学的改变已经观察的非常明显,但是,感染的血液流学和与以后感染的发生发展的结果之间的关系还不明确,细菌性肺炎是肺炎中最常见的,同时它也是最常见的感染性疾病之一[1],本实验利用了Nikon eclipse Ti 倒置光学显微镜构建的光镊,用光镊牵拉法,对正常人和细菌性肺炎病人的红细胞的切变弹性模量进行研究并分析,用单分散二氧化硅小球粘连在红细胞一端,施加光阱力来操纵小球,在红细胞的弹性范围内,对它进行拉伸。通过结果比较发现,细菌性肺炎病人的红细胞的切变弹性模量的范围是30.23-40.42μN/m ,平均值为35.33μN/m,而正常人的红细胞的切变弹性模量分布范围却是12.65-23.24μN/m ,平均值为17.95μN/m,,和正常人相比,细菌性肺炎病人的红细胞切变弹性模量显然增大了不少,也就说明了它的红细胞变形能力减弱了。以上发现对于检测细菌性肺炎,并进行及时治疗都存在着特别大的参考意义。

Study on the mechanical properties of red blood cells in patients with bacterial pneumonia
Abstract:In recent years, the blood rheology has been widely used in clinical medicine.For trauma and infected blood flow changes also did some research.It has been found that the changes of Hemorhe ology in infected patients have been observed,but,Infection of the blood flow and with infection after the result of the development of the relationship between is not clear. Bacterial pneumonia is the most common form of pneumonia and is one of the most common infectious diseases .In this experiment, we used Nikon eclipse Ti inverted optical microscope to construct optical tweezers,we use optical tweezers pull method to research and analysis the elastic modulus of normal person and patients with bacterial infection of red blood cells.The monodisperse silica spheres in the red cell adhesion is applied to optical trapping force to control the ball, in the elastic range of red blood cells, stretching it.The results show that the elastic modulus range of patients of bacterial infection of red blood cells is 30.23-40.42μN/m, the average is 35.33μN / m, while the normal human red blood cells of the shear elastic modulus distribution range is 12.65-23.24μN/m, the average is 17.95μN/m ,compared with normal human red blood cells of the patients with elastic modulus significantly increases the number of bacterial infections. It shows that the erythrocyte deformability is weakened. These findings are of great reference value for the detection of bacterial infection.
