设计一个ZD9转辙机控制电路综合实验台,让使用者对铁路转辙机以及转辙机各种控制电路进行一个全面的认识和操作,使使用者能掌握ZD9转辙机控制电路的结构组成和工作原理。


摘要:随着我国铁路事业近年来的快速发展,铁路信号系统也逐渐完善,逐渐形成了现在的通信、信号的一体化系统。转辙机是铁路信号系统的基础设备,完成道岔的转换、锁闭、表示和报警的工作,它是使列车从一股道转向另一股道的关键设备,对于保障行车安全,提高运输效率有着重大意义。随着高速,重载列车的不断增加,现有的铁路转辙机已经不能满足需要,研制新型的、大功率的铁路转辙机迫在眉睫。ZD9系列电动转辙机是为我国铁路提速需要研制的,是根据各种道岔不同转换动程和转换力的要求开发出交流、直流的系列产品,具有转换力大,效率高的优点。然而据了解,国内目前尚未设计推出过完善的铁路转辙机控制电路实验系统。为此,本课题通过设计一个ZD9转辙机控制电路综合实验台,让使用者对铁路转辙机以及转辙机各种控制电路进行一个全面的认识和操作,使使用者能掌握ZD9转辙机控制电路的结构组成和工作原理,并通过在实验台上进行各种日常实验的操作和故障的模拟分析,加强对各种设备原理和功能的理解,更为之后铁路信号系统以及转辙机控制电路的发展与科学研究打下坚实的基础。

ZD9 switch machine control circuit experimental system design

Abstract: with the rapid development of China's railway industry in recent years, the railway signaling system has gradually improved, which gradually forms the integrated system of communication and signal. Switch machine is the foundation of the railway signal system equipment, complete the conversion switch, lock, presentation and report to the police work, it is the key equipment that to make the train from one to the other fields, for safety, increase transport efficiency has important significance. With the increasing of high-speed and heavy trains, the existing railway switch can not meet the needs, and it is urgent to develop new and high-power railway switch. ZD9 series electric switch machine is developed for high-speed trains in our country, based on various switch conversion process and conversion power requirements to develop a series of ac and dc products, it has the advantages of big conversion power and efficiency. However, it is understood that there has not been a perfect control circuit experiment system of railway switch in China. For this reason, this topic by designing a ZD9 switch machine control circuit integrated laboratory, it can let users have a comprehensive understanding and the operation for the switch machine and various control circuit switch machine, the user can master ZD9 switch machine control structure and working principle of the circuit, through the experiments, simulating and analyzing the malfunction which are conducted on a variety of daily operation, strengthen the understanding of all sorts of equipment principle and function, and lay a solid foundation for the railway signal system and the development of the switch machine control circuit for scientific research in future.
