摘要:透明质酸钠和-葡聚糖均为国际公认的具有优异保湿功能的保湿剂。本课题主要研究了高分子保湿剂透明质酸钠和含-葡聚糖的燕麦维康素在不同增稠体系中黏度和保湿性随自身浓度变化的规律性。确定好实验方案和样品配方后,分别制备不同增稠体系、不同浓度和不同保湿剂的试验样品,即含不同浓度透明质酸钠的无增稠剂体系、汉生胶增稠体系、SPL增稠体系和卡波U20增稠体系的样品以及含不同浓度燕麦维康素的无增稠剂体系、汉生胶增稠体系、SPL增稠体系和卡波U20增稠体系的样品。测定样品的黏度和保湿性,最后整理数据,做出相关图表,发现其中存在一定的变化规律性。在无增稠剂体系、汉生胶增稠体系中,样品黏度随透明质酸钠或燕麦维康素浓度增加而上升;在SPL增稠体系和卡波U20增稠体系中,样品黏度随透明质酸钠或燕麦维康素浓度增加而下降。在无增稠剂体系、汉生胶增稠体系和SPL增稠体系中,透明质酸钠浓度增加,保湿性均上升;在卡波U20增稠体系中,透明质酸钠浓度增加,保湿性下降;在无增稠剂体系、汉生胶增稠体系、SPL增稠体系和卡波U20增稠体系中,燕麦维康素浓度增加,保湿性均上升。当透明质酸钠和燕麦维康素中的-葡聚糖固含量相同时,在无增稠剂体系中,低保湿剂浓度时,燕麦维康素的保湿性更好,浓度增加,透明质酸钠的保湿性逐渐显得更好;在汉生胶增稠体系、SPL增稠体系和卡波U20增稠体系中,燕麦维康素的保湿性更好。

Determine the viscosity and moisture retention of the sample, and finally organize the data, make relevant charts, and find that there is a certain regularity of change. The viscosity of the sample increased with the concentration of sodium hyaluronate or oat gulcan in the absence of a thickener system or xanthan gum thickening system; The viscosity of the sample increased with the concentration of sodium hyaluronate or oat vitamins in the SPL thickener system or the card wave U20 thickening system; The concentration of sodium hyaluronate increased, and the moisture retention decreased in the absence of a thickener system, xanthan gum thickening system and SPL thickening system. The concentration of sodium hyaluronate increased, and the moisture retention increased in the card wave U20 thickening system. The concentration of oat gulcan increased, and the moisture retention increased in the absence of a thickener system, xanthan gum thickening system, SPL thickening system and the card wave U20 thickening system. When the content of sodium hyaluronate and oat glucan is the same, in the absence of a thickener system, the moisturizing property of oat glucan is batter, the concentration is increased, and the moisture content of sodium hyaluronate appears to be batter when the concentration of the low moisturizer is not in the thickening agent system. The concentration of oat gulcan is better in xanthan gum thickening system, SPL thickening system and the card wave U20 thickening system.
