摘  要:随着全球经济体制的变革与我国逐渐完善的经济市场体制,企业间的竞争日渐激烈。许多企业开始逐渐重视管理的优化,增加绩效管理,助推员工综合素质全面提升,以此使企业获取更有利的竞争能力。在我国实际企业中,中小型企业占据99%,是国家经济体中不可忽视的力量来源之一,如何提高业绩与如何获取先进的管理制度,对企业取得市场竞争显得格外重要。目前,一些绩效管理系统在我国很多中小型企业普遍得到采用,但效果明显并没有预想得好。然而这些企业面临的首要难题,是如何根据自身情况制定适合本企业执行的绩效管理系统。本文将以中小企业中具体的A公司的绩效管理进行介绍,根据绩效管理系统的运用方法与理论基础通过访谈分析和问卷调查对A公司目前实施绩效管理的基本情况进行介绍,深入探究A公司部门和员工对绩效沟通的理解和在实践绩效管理的过程中所出现的困难,依据企业环境制定合乎企业成长的绩效沟通体系,提出改善绩效沟通的方法和建议,从而对我国中小型企业绩效管理的完善和绩效沟通的制度的健全有所帮助。

Research on The Problems And Countermeasures of A Company Performance Communication

Abstract: with the change of the global economic system and the gradual improvement of China's economic market system, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Many companies began to gradually pay attention to the optimization of management, increase performance management, boost the overall quality of employees to enhance, so as to enable enterprises to obtain more favorable competitiveness. In the actual enterprise of our country, small and medium enterprises accounted for 99%, which is one of assignable power source of national economy, how to improve the performance and how to obtain the advanced management system is particularly important for enterprises to obtain market competition. At present, some performance management systems are widely adopted in many small and medium enterprises in China, but the results are obviously not as good as expected. However, the first problem these companies face is how to develop their own performance management system according to their own circumstances. In this paper, we will introduce the performance management of A company in small and medium enterprises. According to the application method and theory foundation of the performance management system, this paper introduces the basic situation of A company's current performance management through the interview analysis and questionnaire survey. Delve into the understanding of performance communication of A company departments and employees and the difficulties encountered in the practice of performance management. According to the corporate environment, develop the performance communication system in line with the growth of the enterprise, and put forward the methods and suggestions for improving performance communication, so as to help the improvement of the performance management and the soundness of the communication system of the small and medium enterprises in China.
