摘要:自改革开放以来,中国经济的迅猛发展,占据国民经济重要地位的建筑业起着积极作用。目前,建筑行业已成为我国最重要的工业部门产业之一,工程项目的规模在不断地扩大。由于中国城市化的迅速推进,使得城市土地资源紧张用地有限。因此,高层建筑以其土地整体产生效益更高的优点而逐渐成为建筑行业的发展方向。由于其建筑工程量大,施工工序复杂,高处作业多,基坑支护和地基处理复杂,使得安全事故时有发生,当前,高层建筑施工过程中的安全管理是建筑公司关注的焦点。降低高层建筑安全事故发生率对中国现代化经济发展,社会和谐稳定具有重要意义。本文通过对高层建筑施工现场进行调查,结合实际案例,对高层建筑施工过程进行危险源辨识,从而进行安全管理体系研究,为建筑公司高层建筑施工安全管理提供参考,以期提高高层建筑施工过程安全管理效率,降低安全事故发生的频率,并能够使事故在初期得到及时控制,防止二次事故的发生,进而保障从业人员的生命安全和减少事故损失。

Research of Safety Management System of A High-rise Building Construction Process
Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, the construction industry which occupies an important position in the national economy has played a positive role in the rapid development of China's economy. At present, the construction industry has become one of the most important industrial sectors in China. Due to the rapid development of China's urbanization, urban land resources are limited. Therefore, high-rise buildings have gradually become the development direction of the construction industry because of their advantages of higher benefit of the land as a whole. Due to their large construction quantities, complex construction process, high operation, foundation pit supporting and complex foundation treatment, make the safety accidents have occurred, at present, safety management in the process of high-rise building construction is the focus of the construction company. Reducing the incidence of safety accidents in high-rise buildings is of great importance to China's modernization economic development and social harmony and stability. By investigating the construction site of high-rise buildings and combining with actual cases, this paper identifies the hazard sources in the construction process of high-rise buildings. The safety management system research provides a reference for building high-rise building construction safety management, in order to improve the efficiency of high-rise building construction safety management, reduce the safety accident frequency, and can make timely control of the accident in the early, to prevent the secondary accidents, ensure the life safety and reduce further losses of accidents.
