许昌大正云锦温泉度假村酒店建筑与结构设计

绘制建筑施工图包括:总平面图、底层平面、楼层平面、正立面、侧立面、屋顶平面、主剖面图1个、节点详图2~3个、楼梯平面、剖面图、门窗表、施工说明等。


摘   要:本次设计为许昌大正云锦温泉度假村酒店,筑设计与结构设计的初步应用建筑思想和使用盈建科软件的能力,锻炼自身的综合素质、工程实践能力和创新能力。

其中主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两大部分。

许昌大正云锦温泉度假村酒店位于河南省许昌市,为四层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,酒店总建筑面积为6500m²,建筑高度14.850m(从室外地坪到屋面檐口)。其结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋面及楼面采用现浇结构,安全等级为二级,设计使用年限为50 年;建筑物等耐火等级为二级。该酒店形状呈不规则中心对称形,柱网尺寸主要为上开5.7m*4,8m,5.7m*4,下开5.7m*4,10.4m,5.7m*4,左进7.8m,6m,7.8m,总宽度为20 m。各层层高均为3.6m,室内外高差为450mm,基础埋深1.2m,考虑到酒店的消防,交通设施等诸多因素,查阅相关规范,设置走道宽度1.8m,楼梯和电梯各两部。

结构设计以“适用、经济、耐久、安全”的理念,进行了荷载汇集,内力计算(恒荷载、活荷载、风载、地震荷载等),内力组合,风荷载地震作用验证与计算,板梁柱、基础、楼梯等结构构件的设计。设计中应用了大学里所学的专业知识(包括《混凝土结构(上册)》、《混凝土结构》(中册)、《建筑结构抗震设计》、《基础工程》等),查询设计规范与标准,应用专业计算和绘图软件(如CAD、天正建筑、探索者、盈建科建筑结构及软件等)。

依据国家相应规范和标准,完成此次毕业设计任务书所要求的建筑设计和结构设计。

Abstract

This design is Xuchang Dazheng Yunjin Hot Spring Resort Hotel, which mainly includes two parts: architectural design and structural design.

Xuchang Dazheng Yunjin Hot Spring Resort Hotel is located in Xuchang City, Henan Province. It is a 4-story cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure. The hotel has a total construction area of about 6,500 square meters and a building height of 14.850 meters (from the outdoor floor to the roof eave). Its structural form is a cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame struc-ture. The roof and floor are cast-in-place with a safety grade of two. Thedesigned service life is 50 years. The fire resistance rating of a building is two.The shape of the hotel is irregular and symmetrical, and width and dep-th of the ground floor and other major floors is mainly 5.7m*4, 8m, 5.7m*4, 5.7m*4, 10.4m, 5.7m*4 and 7.8m, 6m, 7.8m, with a total width of 20m. The height of each storey is 3.6m, the indoor and outdoor height difference is 450mm, and the basement depth is 1.2m. Considering many factors such as the hotel's fire protection and transportation facilities, the walkway width is 1.8m, and there are two staircases and two elevators.

The structural design is based on the concepts of “Applicability, Economy, Durability, and Safety”. Load collection, internal force calculation (constant load, live load, wind load, earthquake load, etc.), internal force combination, wind load earthquake verification and calculation, design of structural components such as floor,girder,columns, foundations, and casestairs. I use the expertise learned in the university (including Concrete Structure (Volume 1), Concrete Structure (Volume II), Seismic Design of Building Structures, Foundation Project, etc.) ,check design related specifications and standards and apply professional calculation and drawing software (such as CAD, Tengen Construction, Explorer, TJK structure and software, etc.).

Based on the corresponding norms and standards of the country,the architectural and structural design required by the graduation design task book is finished.
