本工程为北京理工大学1号教学楼。批准总建筑面积约为4500m2左右,拟建5层。教室、辅助房间等部分建筑面积3000-3500m2左右,其它部分1500-2000m2左右。
摘要:本设计为北京理工大学1号教学楼建筑结构设计,其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。
建筑部分:根据设计条件、要求以及有关规定完成该教学楼楼的建筑方案设计,并利用天正软件绘制建筑施工图。
在实习调研和查阅相关设计资料的基础上,综合考虑场地环境、使用功能、建筑造型、结构型式、施工技术等问题,合理安排建筑物内部的使用空间,协调好各种使用功能的要求,满足建筑物不同部位和细部的构造方式,做出合理可行的建筑设计方案和建筑施工图。
结构部分:进行结构体系的选择、结构布置方案设计、楼(屋)盖的配筋计算与设计、代表性框架的内力计算与截面设计、主楼梯设计,基础设计,并绘制结构施工图。
① 结构方案选择:在建筑方案的基础上,结合现行施工技术水平,确定框架结构的承重方案,完成结构平面布置,综合考虑梁柱的布置、位置关系,初步估算、确定各种构件的截面尺寸(包括梁、板、柱)。
② 结构计算与设计:运用PKPM专业软件对结构进行建模、计算和设计,在此基础上进行代表性框架的荷载计算(手算)、内力计算(手算)、内力组合(手算)、部分梁柱的截面设计(手算),并与电算结果进行对比分析。
③ 绘制结构施工图。

Building structure design of no. 1 teaching building of Beijing university of technology
Abstract: this design is the architectural design of no. 1 teaching building of Beijing university of technology, including two parts: architectural design and structural design.
Part Building: according to the design conditions, requirements and relevant regulations, complete the architectural design of the teaching building, and use tianzheng software to draw construction drawings.
In practice, on the basis of research and consult relevant design data, considering site environment, the use function, architectural modeling, structure, construction technology and other issues, the use of reasonable arrangement of the building interior space, to harmonize the requirements of all sorts of use functions, meet different parts of the building and details the structure of the way, make a feasible design scheme and construction plan.
Part structure: the selection of structure system, the structure layout plan design, building (house) reinforcement calculation and design of the cover, the internal force calculation of typical framework and cross section design, stair design, foundation design, and draw the structure construction drawing.
(1) structure scheme choice: on the basis of the construction scheme, combining with the current construction technology level, determine bearing scheme of frame structure, the structural layout, to comprehensively consider the arrangement of beams, the relationship between the location, preliminary estimates, determine the section size of various components (including beam, plate, column).
(2) the structure calculation and design: using PKPM software to modeling, structure calculation and design, based on the typical framework of load calculation (by hand), internal force calculation (by hand), internal force combination (by hand), part of the beam section design (by hand), and compared with the results of computer analysis.
(3)Press drew the construction diagram of the structure.
