金刚石复合片与硬质合金的真空钎焊工艺研究基于AgCuInTi钎料

制备了AgCuInTi钎料并利用该钎料对YG8硬质合金进行了真空钎焊试验,测试了接头的剪切强度,研究了钎焊温度与钎焊保温时间对接头抗剪强度的影响。


摘   要:金刚石复合片刀具在现代工业生产加工过程中扮演着重要的作用,金刚石复合片刀具的品质优劣往往取决于焊接环节,它将直接影响到金刚石复合片刀具的最终使用性能。目前,生产金刚石复合片刀具时焊接温度不宜超过700℃,以免PCD发生石墨化逆转反应,致使PCD受到损伤,进而降低金刚石复合片刀具的加工表面质量和加工寿命。因此,焊接金刚石复合片刀具时都是用低温Ag基钎料。

本次试验中,选用YG8硬质合金作为焊接母材,制备AgCuInTi钎料,在不同温度,不同保温时间下进行硬质合金与金刚石复合片的真空钎焊实验,并对钎焊好的试样进行破坏性剪切试验,并结合剪切强度对比试验结果,试验结果表明, 680℃对于金刚石复合片与硬质合金的真空钎焊是一个合适的温度。

最后通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)对焊缝进行了观察,根据照片可发现AgCuInTi钎料对硬质合金母材的钎焊面具有良好的润湿性,并且形成了冶金结合。该钎料具有良好的研究前景。

Abstract:The PDC cutter plays an important role in the process of modern industrial production and processing, the PDC cutter often depends on the quality of welding process, it will directly affect the final performance of PDC cutter. At present, the production of PDC cutter welding temperature should not exceed 700 ℃, in order to avoid the occurrence of PCD graphite reverse reaction, resulting in PCD damage, thereby reducing the PDC cutter machining surface quality and machining life. Therefore, when welding diamond composite tools, the low temperature Ag based brazing filler metal is used.

In this test, the YG8 hard alloy welding as the parent material, the preparation of AgCuInTi filler metal in different temperature, vacuum brazing experiment of cemented carbide and diamond composite sheet under different holding time, and destructive shear tests on specimens brazed well, combined with the test results of shear strength comparison, test results show that the vacuum 680 ℃ for brazing diamond composite sheet with hard alloy is a suitable temperature.

Finally, using optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM) of the weld were observed, according to the photos can be found on the hard alloy brazing solder mask AgCuInTi base material has good wettability, and formed a metallurgical bond. The solder has a good research prospect.
