水阀铸造工艺设计及数值模拟

摘要:本设计在对C–水阀的铸造工艺设计过程中,坚持以科学的铸造理论指导工艺设计,以符合实际应用情况、工艺简单和经济性要求为三大基本原则,紧随铸造工艺的发展趋势,结合计算机辅助设计,完成了对球铁水阀的铸造工艺方案设计。期间运用ProE软件对铸件进行三维建模;通过查阅工具书进行了相关的设计和计算;然后利用铸造模拟软件ProCast对其工艺设计进行数值模拟,通过模流分析以及对铸造缺陷的预测,论证得出所设计的铸造工艺设计方案符合要求。

本设计铸件为大型双偏心蝶阀阀体,零件材质选用综合力学性能较好的QT400,考虑到球铁的石墨化膨胀,采用成型质量好、砂型硬度高的树脂自硬砂型以抵消收缩并减少气孔、缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷;设计采用压边暗冒口进行补缩,提高了工艺出品率;考虑到本水阀阀体的结构特点,最后采取底注式,三开箱水平分型,对开组芯的工艺方案,铸件全部位于中箱保证了铸件尺寸的精度;考虑到本阀体内腔体积较大,将浇注系统置于内腔,减小了铸型体积;由于采用了开放式浇注系统,而铸件对金属液质量要求比较高,故增设置了滤网,尽量使金属液质量达到要求。最后通过数值模拟,结果达到预期要求,证明了其铸造工艺方案设计的科学性与可行性。

Then, the simulation of the process design was carried out by using the casting simulation software ProCast. Through the simulation analysis and the prediction of the casting defect, The design of the casting process design to meet the requirements.

The design of castings for the large double eccentric butterfly valve body, the material selection of good mechanical properties of the QT400, taking into account the ductile iron ductile expansion, the use of good quality molding, sand hardness of the resin from the hard sand to offset the shrinkage and reduce the pores , Shrinkage, shrinkage and other casting defects; designed to use the edge of the blanket to fill the back, to improve the production rate; taking into account the structure of the valve body characteristics, and finally take the bottom note, three open box horizontal classification , The opening of the core of the program, casting all in the box to ensure the accuracy of the casting size; taking into account the larger volume of the valve cavity, the pouring system placed in the cavity, reducing the volume of the mold; Type casting system, and casting on the metal liquid quality requirements are relatively high, so by setting the filter, try to make the quality of metal to meet the requirements. Finally, through the numerical simulation, the results meet the expected requirements, proved its casting process design of the scientific and feasibility.
