摘要：自从中国于本世纪初加入世界贸易组织以来，随着对外贸易在国民经济中的地位越来越高，自经济全球化后的贸易自由化浪潮，也渐渐成为了当今世界各国对外贸易政策发展与改革的风向标。尽管利大于弊，但自此之后，我国的粮食安全问题却也日益成为了一个比以往要更加复杂和动态的问题。本文通过分析贸易自由化背景下我国采取的粮食政策及其对中国粮食安全的影响因素，从其中探究发现我国在现阶段的贸易自由化背景下所采取的政策对我国粮食安全的有利影响和不利影响。并且依据大概存在的问题，提出了建议与对策。对于可能存在的不利影响，我提出了建议：将市场放在首要位置，大力推动实施农业的比较优势战略；调整农产品进出口战略和思路；在非关税措施领域进行重大改革；积极参与世界粮食期货贸易，规避国际市场粮食价格波动风险。

The Impact of China's Trade Liberalization Policy on National Food Security and Its Countermeasures

Abstract: Since China joined the World Trade Organization at the beginning of this century, trade has played an increasingly important role in the national economy. Trade liberalization has gradually become a major trend in the development of trade policies in various countries in the world.Although the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, since then, China's food security issues have become increasingly more complex and dynamic than ever before.This paper analyzes China's food policy and its influence factors on China's food security under the background of trade liberalization, and finds out the positive and negative effects of China's trade liberalization policy on China's food security. Based on possible problems, suggestions and countermeasures are proposed：Market-oriented, actively promote the implementation of agricultural comparative advantage strategy；Adjusting the import and export strategy and thinking of agricultural products；Major reforms in the area of non-tariff measures；Actively participate in the world grain futures trade and avoid the risk of food price fluctuation in the international market.
