摘要：自改革开放以来，中国利用外商直接投资不断取得新的突破。随着外商投资规模的不断扩大，积极的推动着我国经济的发展，实现了各方的共赢。在全球经济一体化的时代背景下，外商直接投资也呈现出许多新的变化。因此，本文对中国利用外商直接投资的发展趋势展开了进一步的分析。本文中国利用外商直接投资的发展趋势入手，对我国利用外放投资总体平稳向好、外商投资结构变化以及外商在华经营竞争性增强，和外商营商环境更加激烈四个方面进行了探讨。通过投资壁垒有待进一步破除、对我国制造企业吸收外资能力降低，以及我国企业面临的竞争压力增大和依法行政推进中对外商营商环境产生不利影响四个方面对中国利用外商直接投资存在的问题进行分析。并通过推进深层次高水平的开放形式、合理利用外商投资、提升我国企业的竞争力和提升外商营商环境等方面提出了中国利用外商直接投资完善建议。以期能够促进我国利用外商直接投资更好的服务于我国现代化经济体系的建设。

The Study Of Cruise Economy In Shanghai

Abstract：Since the reform and opening up, China has made new breakthroughs with foreign direct investment. With the continuous expansion of foreign investment scale, it has actively promoted the development of China's economy and achieved a win-win situation for all parties. Under the background of global economic integration, foreign direct investment also presents many new changes. Therefore, this paper makes a further analysis on the development trend of fdi in China. In this paper, the development trend of China's use of foreign direct investment, to our country overall stable positive use of external investment, foreign investment structure change and business competitive in China by foreign investors, and foreign business environment more intense four aspects are discussed in this paper. Barriers to break through  

investment, manufacturing enterprises in our country to absorb foreign investment ability is reduced, as well as Chinese enterprises face the competition pressure and administration according to law to promote adverse impact on foreign business environment in four aspects of the problems existing in the use of foreign direct investment in China is analyzed. And by advancing the deep high levels of open form, rational utilization of foreign investment, improve the competitiveness of the enterprises in our country and promote foreign business environment in China using foreign direct investment to improve Suggestions were put forward. In order to promote the use of foreign direct investment to better serve our country's modernization economic system construction.
