针对5000吨小型沿海散货船,同样在结构规范设计完成的基础上,加入了基于Patran软件的有限元分析
摘 要:在沿海航运以及沿海各港口中,中小型散货船占有很大的比重。随着贸易的增长,中小型沿海散货船需求日益增大。在这些散货船中,5000 吨散货船是其中的典型代表。
本文是 5000 吨沿海散货船结构设计和总体强度计算,采用 CCS《钢质海船入级规范》(2012 版)。该船为典型的双层底单舷侧散货船,设有顶边舱和底边舱。 按照 A 级航区的有关要求进行相关结构数据计算与船中货舱区域横剖面强度校核。
完成的主要工作有:
1、5000 吨散货船结构设计总体方案的确定、船体主要构件的计算(包括外板构件、甲板构件、双层底构件、舷侧骨架、甲板骨架、支柱、非水密支承舱壁、水密舱壁、深舱、上层建筑以及相关加强等);
2、绘制船体中横剖面图和基本结构图;
3、计算 5000 吨沿海散货船的总纵弯曲强度、剪切强度和屈曲强度;
4、开展 5000 吨沿海散货船的舱段有限元强度计算。

Abstract:In the coastal and coastal ports, small and medium bulk carriers account for a large proportion. With the growth of trade, the demand for small and medium coastal bulk carriers is increasing. In the bulk cargo ship, 5000DWT bulk carriers are the typical one of them.
In this paper, the structural design and overall strength calculation of the 5000DWT bulk carrier are carried out. The CCS standard for the class of steel ships (2012 Edition) is adopted. The ship is a typical double bottom, single side bulk cargo ship with a top side cabin and a bottom cabin. Calculate and midship area of cross section strength check structure data in accordance with the relevant requirements of the A-Navigation zone.
The task mainly includes:
1. 5000DWT bulk carrier structure design to determine the main components of the calculation, the hull (including board member, deck member, double bottom member,side frame, deck frame, pillar, supporting non watertight bulkheads, watertight bulkheads, deep tanks and superstructure and reinforcement etc.),
2. Draw the cross section and the basic structure of the ship,
3.calculate the total longitudinal bending strength, shear strength and bucklingstrength of a 5000 DWT coastal bulk carrier,
4. Calculation of finite element strength of a 5000DWT coastal bulk carrier.Key words: bulk cargo ship; structural specification design; strength calculation;finite element calculation.
