采用MSC.Patran建立26m沿海交通艇的中部三个舱段的有限元模型,计算出规范规定的作用于船体舱段的载荷,并对有限元模型加上载荷以及对它的边界进行了约束
摘要:随着计算机技术的飞速发展,有限元法已然成为船舶与海洋工程问题的主要研究手段。有限元法的应用使得传统解决船舶结构问题的思想发生具有性意义的改变,将传统的分割分段各自的研究转化成整体的综合性研究,将纯手工计算转变成计算机辅助计算,极大地提高了效率。
本文主要介绍选题的背景及意义,简要描述了有限元计算基本原理,并且叙述了沿海交通艇在国内外的发展现状及研究进展。系统地阐述了有限元分析和计算的历史、现状及未来以及有限元的分析过程和解法,并展示了在船舶上的应用。以26m沿海交通艇为对象,根据中国船级社(CCS)《国内航行海船建造规范》(2015)及其修改通报(2016)的要求确定了计算方案以及边界条件,使用有限元软件MSC.patran建立了26m沿海交通艇的舱段有限元模型,并对其模型加载,然后进行横向强度以及总纵强度分析计算,得到应力云图,并对其进行解读。从结果中可以得到结论,该船舱段的主要构件均能满足规范要求。

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer technology, finite element method has become the main research method of ship and ocean engineering problems. The application of finite element method makes the idea of the traditional solution to the problem of ship structure revolutionary change, the traditional segmentation of the respective research into a comprehensive study of the whole, pure manual calculation into computer-aided calculation, greatly Improve efficiency.
This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, briefly describes the basic principles of finite element calculation, and describes the development of coastal traffic boats at home and abroad and research progress. This paper systematically expounds the history, present situation and future of finite element analysis and calculation, and analyzes the process and solution of finite element method, and shows the application in the ship. Based on the requirements of the 26m coastal traffic boat, the calculation scheme and the boundary conditions were determined according to the requirements of the China Classification Society (CCS) Domestic Navigation Shipbuilding Specification (2015) and its Amendment Bulletin (2016), using the finite element software MSC. Patran established a finite element model of the 26m coastal traffic boat, and its model was loaded, and then the transverse strength and total longitudinal strength analysis were calculated to obtain the stress cloud image and its interpretation. It can be concluded from the results that the main components of the tank section meet the specification requirements.
