摘要:电子商务物流的需求也在不断增加。但是,我国传统的物流中心运营模式需要大量的人工操作,处理和采摘效率低,出错率高。它不能满足多类电子商务和小批量电子商务物流的特点,导致需要使用智能化和自动化的物流系统。该系统的关键技术使电子商务物流业务能够提高其能力。本文重点研究电子商务配送中心选型的快速发展的效率和成本,开发电子商务配送中心的仓储运输AGV设备,提高仓库的灵活性,实现从货物到人员的自动化。从AGV在电子商务配送中心的应用模式来看,提出了对AGV整体功能结构的要求。首先,本文一开始先介绍了AGV小车的应用技术与研究现状,在此基础上分析AGV在电商配送中的使用情况,提出了关于仓储搬运AGV的索要功能需求,并对于AGV的可用需求及要的技术需求,提出了使用于电商配送中心的快递分拣AGV的全套设计方案,包括车身整体结构、对于底盘结构,传动结构,阻尼机构和提升机构等,并且对于AGV运输参数,选择发动机并且适当的电池遵循选定的功率计算。然后,基于AGV滑架的驱动结构,计算AGV的差分方向上的最小半径,并且通过分析运动状态,确认AGV的差分方向上的滑架由马达驱动控制驱动轮的速度。直行或转向的合理性和可行性已成为下一代AGV运动控制的良好基础。
