87000t 散货船舷侧HS15P/S分段建造方案设计+CAD图纸

这次87000t散货船的毕业生产设计历时两个多月才算大体完成,中间经历了很多挫折,幸好在老师的帮助和鼓励下才算如期完成。


摘要:

散货船自出现以来,一直处于稳健上升的发展态势之中,是船舶运输业的重要组成部分。同时它的发展拉动了经济的增长,也为了早日实现中国造船大国造船强国的梦想我们 需要加快研究散货船的步伐,以便能够造出吨位更大技术含量更高的船舶。舷侧分段研究 方案的优化对船舶双壳化、大型化、快速性、多功能化、保护环境和自动化程度等方面的 提高。因此本文的课题研究具有切实的现实意义。

造船生产设计是船舶工程中极为关键的环节,也是实施现代造船模式的核心内容。本 文结合实际生产条件,对 87000t 散货船进行生产设计。结合对设计任务书的了解,知道 该船舶的特点和相应的技术需要,结合任务书的进度,开始毕业设计。内容包括:充分调 研并且收集及分析国内外的有关资料,了解了国内外的现状以及存在的问题,总结了散货 船舷侧 HS15P/S 分段的建造特点,并且翻译了相应的外文文献,,详细的阐述了 HS15P/S 分段建造方案的设计与论证,完成了该分段的涂装设计。

Abstract:Since the emergence of bulk carriers, they have been in a steady and rising trend of development, and they are also an important part of the shipping industry. At the same time, its development is boosting economic growth, and if we want to realize the dream of China shipbuilding we need to accelerate the pace of bulk cargo ship, in order to create a greater tonnage of higher technical content. The optimization of side section research scheme improves the ship's double hull, large scale, rapidity, multifunction, environmental protection and automation. Therefore, the research of this paper has practical significance.

Shipbuilding production design is the key link in ship engineering, and also the core content of modern shipbuilding mode. Based on the actual production conditions, the production design of 87000t bulk carriers is carried out. Combined with the understanding of the design task book, know the characteristics of the ship and the corresponding technical needs, combined with the progress of the task book, began the graduation project. The contents include: full investigation and collect and analyze relevant information at home and abroad, a better understanding of the present situation and existing problems, summarizes the characteristics of bulk cargo ship built HS15P/S segments, and the corresponding translation of foreign literature, elaborated the design and demonstration of HS25P/S block construction scheme, completed the design of the painting segment.
