摘要:电动汽车轮毂电机驱动技术是一项新型的电动汽车驱动方案。现今迫于环境污染和能源枯竭的双重压力,大力发展轮毂电机驱动技术已是汽车行业的大势所趋。随着一批新能源汽车的出现,采用电驱动的车型越来越多,轮毂电机的潜力逐渐显现出来,它都可以给任何一款新能源车型作主要驱动力。同时,装有轮毂电机的车型可以很轻松实现制动能量回收中的再生制动。轮毂电机技术和传统内燃机技术有着较大的区别,前者摒弃了复杂的传动系统和大大简化了机械部分。
本课题以电动汽车轮毂电机进行设计与分析,根据电动汽车轮毂电机的工作环境和性能要求,对比电机类型进行选择,依据各类电机综合性能,本文选择以永磁同步电机为基础进行电动汽车轮毂电机的设计与分析。与传统的电机相比,轮毂电机需速度高、控制性能好、体积小及功率密度高等特点。因此本文对电机结构方案和电磁方案进行设计并作些必要的分析,设计出一款针对纯电动汽车使用的额定动率为55kW的轮毂电机。

ABSTRACT:Electric vehicle wheel motor drive technology is a new type of electric vehicle drive program.Nowadays, under the double pressure of environmental pollution and energy exhaustion, it is the general trend of automobile industry to develop wheel motor drive technology.With the emergence of the new energy vehicles, the use of electric-driven models is more and more. The potential of the wheel motor gradually emerged, it can give any new energy models as the main driving force.At the same time, equipped with wheel motor models can be easily achieved in the braking energy recovery in the regeneration brake.Wheel motor technology and traditional internal combustion engine technology have a big difference, the former abandoned the complex transmission system and greatly simplifies the mechanical part.
This project is designed and analyzed with electric wheel hub motor.According to the electric car wheel motor work environment and performance requirements,this paper chooses the motor type.According to the comprehensive performance of all kinds of motors, this paper chooses to design and analyze the electric motor wheel motor which based on permanent magnet synchronous motor.Compared with the traditional motor, the hub motor needs high speed, good control performance, small size and high power density.Therefore, this paper designs the motor structure scheme and the electromagnetic scheme and makes some necessary analysis.Finally,the paper designs a wheel motor with a rated speed of 55kW for pure electric vehicles.
