免疫多糖复合物对高体细胞数奶牛产奶性能和血液生化指标的影响

探讨免疫多糖复合物对降低泌乳奶牛体细胞数和提高免疫力的作用效果,为将其作为新型饲料添加剂应用于奶牛生产提供理论依据。


摘要:本试验通过在高体细胞数奶牛日粮中添加免疫多糖复合物,测定其对奶牛产奶性能及血液生化指标的影响,来探讨免疫多糖复合物对降低泌乳奶牛体细胞数和提高免疫力的作用效果,为将其作为新型饲料添加剂应用于奶牛生产提供理论依据。选取年龄、胎次、体重、泌乳期相近的20头高体细胞数荷斯坦奶牛,试验期共30天,将试验期分为四个阶段,免疫多糖复合物添加量分别是每头100 g/d、30 g/d、100 g/d和30 g/d,混合在TMR中于早上一次性投喂。测定各阶段体细胞数、乳成分及试验前后血液生化指标。结果表明:在整个实验阶段,添加免疫多糖复合物后,奶牛乳中体细胞数有下降趋势,但结果不显著。乳脂率显著下降(P<0.05),乳蛋白率呈上升趋势,但差异不显著。在血液生化指标方面,总蛋白(TP)有所提高,血清球蛋白(GLB)水平下降,说明其对免疫机能的影响不显著;总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)水平有所上升,丙二醛(MDA)无明显变化,说明日粮中添加免疫多糖复合物对抗氧化能力无显著影响。

The effects of immune polysaccharide complex on the milking performance and blood biochemical parameters of dairy cows with high somatic cell count

Abstract:The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of immune polysaccharide complex on the milking performance and blood biochemical parameters of dairy cows with high somatic cell count, to explore the effects of immune polysaccharide complex on reducing the number of somatic cells and improving the immunity of lactating dairy cows, and to provide the application basis of immune polysaccharide complex from experiment for dairy cows.20 high somatic cells Holstein cows with similar age, parity, pregnancy time and milk production were selected. The entire test period is pided into four stages, the dosage of immune polysaccharide complex additions are 100 g/d,30 g/d, 100 g/d and 30 g/d per head, added in diets of dairy cows with TMR in the morning, the whole experiment lasts 30 days. Determine the number of somatic cells, milk composition each period and blood biochemical parameter before and after the experiment. The results showed there is a trend that the number of somatic cells in dairy cows decreased but not significantly, the milk fat percentage decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the milk protein rate increased at the experimental stage, but it was not significant The level of total serum protein (TP) increased and the level of serum globulin (GLB) decreased, indicating that its effect on immune function was not significant. The level of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) increased, Malondialdehyde (MDA) had no significantly deifferent, indicating that the addition of immune polysaccharide complex in diets had no significant effect on antioxidant capacity.
