摘要:如今中小学教师队伍的建设关系到九年义务教育的均衡化与教育公平性的实现,如何把当今就业压力大的大学生吸引到中小学教师队伍中来,是教育发展过程中应当解决的重要课题,也是首要问题。首先,要想解决这棘手的问题,我们要做的是:组织严格规范的教师招聘考试、制定合理严谨的教师招聘考试制度、把选拔教师的制度规定好,做出公正的选拔制度,这样对教师的选拔工作有促进作用,也只有这样做,才能保证教师的质量,选拔出更为优秀的教师团体。通过对浙江省杭州市、台州、宁波等地区的教师招聘考试制度进行调查,了解到当前教师考试的最大困难和问题,并在此基础上提出解决相关问题的方法。本论文主要从以下三个方面开展研究:第一,主要分析教师招聘考试的内涵和考试形式;第二,根据对浙江省杭州、台州、宁波等各地教师招聘考试的调查和访谈内容,对浙江省教师招聘考试的基本情况、现状和工作中的困难进行较为深入的分析;第三,针对目前浙江省教师招聘考试现状,提出完善考试制度以及结合大学生人才培养方面、课程设置方向的构想。

Abstract: Nowadays, primary and middle school teachers' construction to achieve balanced and fair education of nine year compulsory education, how to put the employment pressure of college students to attract teachers to is an important issue to be addressed in the development of education, is also the first problem. First of all, in order to solve this problem, we need to do is: Organization strict teacher recruitment examination, teacher recruitment examination system, establish the good teachers reasonably rigorous entrance, adopting impartial selection mechanism, help to further improve the comprehensive qualities of the candidates such as capacity requirements, and the selection of outstanding the personnel enter the ranks of teachers. To investigate the current situation of teacher recruitment examination in Hangzhou, Taizhou and Ningbo areas of Zhejiang Province, and to understand the difficulties and problems in current examinations, and based on that, we put forward the idea of perfecting examination system and combining college students' talent training and curriculum orientation. This thesis mainly researches from the following three aspects: first, mainly analyzes the connotation, formation and significance of teacher recruitment examination; second, according to the Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou, Taizhou, Ningbo and other parts of teacher recruitment examination in the status of the investigation and interview in Zhejiang province teacher recruitment examination of the basic situation, the status quo and difficulties in work a thorough analysis; third, at present Zhejiang province teacher recruitment examination situation, put forward the idea of perfecting the examination system and set the direction with the cultivation of College Students' talents, curriculum.
