设计总说明书:崇新线地处北亚热带湿润区,受季风环流影响,形成的气候特点是:四季分明,气候温和,雨水充沛,日照充足,无霜期长。气温,1月平均气温在2.8℃左右;7月平均气温在28℃左右。全年无霜期220天左右。无锡市区年平均降水量在1048毫米。雨季较长,主要集中在夏季。全年降水量大于蒸发量,属湿润地区。无锡市区日照时数2019.4小时。常见的气象灾害有台风、暴风、连阴雨、干旱、寒潮、冰雹和大风等。

路段所处地势平坦,设计段起点A的桩号为K0+000。据钻探鉴别、现场静力触探试验、标准贯入试验结果及室内土工试验成果等资料分析,获得设计路段土层的基本分布情况为:表土层(1-2m),灰-灰黄色粉质粘土(2-3m),灰-青灰色淤泥质粉质粘土(4m以下),再往下是灰色泥岩。

设计的最初,在定线时选择了三条路线,由于设计范围的地势较陡,选择了较为平坦的路线,但由于转角度数过大,转折点过多,不利于施工和经济效益,最终经反复思考,定出了较合适的路线。

平面设计中设有5个特殊点,6个转角,6段圆曲线段,半径为125m,60m,60m,60m,150m,300。缓和曲线为60m,40m,40m,40m,150m,300m。曲线间直线最小长度的要求同向曲线间的直线最小长度以不小于120 m,反向曲线之间的直线段最小长度不可小于80m。

在竖曲线设计阶段采用“平包竖”原则,各方面考虑平、纵、横三个方面试定坡度线,确定纵坡值,确定竖曲线半径,接下去计算设计标高,完成纵断面图。

在横断面设计阶段,根据交通量,行车速度、结合地形来确定道路行车道、中央分隔带、人行道和路肩等的布置,确定其横向几何尺寸。在标准横断面的基础上对各桩的横断面进行加宽和超高设计,以提高驾车的舒适和安全。

土石方调配,分横向调配和纵向调配。并计算借方,弃方和总运量。通过土石方调配来解决设计道路的土石方数量的平衡与利用,在国家政策和技术经济的条件下,尽可能移挖作填,避免不必要的借方和弃土。

路基设计重点考虑路基的设计和利用圆弧法来计算土体稳定性。修筑挡土墙是为了阻止土体坍滑,主要受侧向土压力。用于路堤的支撑,路堑边坡、隧道洞口、桥梁两端等等。挡土墙的设计和排水设施布置,挡土墙采用7m的重力式挡土墙。重力式挡土墙结构简单,施工简便,故采用重力式挡土墙。

According to the data from drilling and identification, on-site static penetrating test, standard penetration test results and indoor soil test results, the basic distribution of the soil layer in the design road section is as follows: surface soil layer (1-2m), gray-gray yellow silt Clay (2-3m), gray-blue-gray silty silty clay (below 4m), followed by grey mudstone.
