Outdoor access to municipal water pipe network, minimum pressure is 0.2mpa, actual discharge of water gun nozzle is 5.0l /s, nozzle diameter is 19mm, filling water column height is 11.45m, indoor fire hydrant protection radius is 28.1. There are 7 fire hydrants on each floor of the dormitory and 7 fire hydrants on each floor of the canteen. The effective volume of fire pool is 31m3.

In this design, the fire automatic alarm system of the two buildings has the first level of protection, which adopts the form of regional alarm system and adopts two kinds of automatic and manual alarm devices. The dormitory on each floor is equipped with a detector, and the public area is equipped with four detectors. Each of the evacuation staircases is equipped with a detector. There is a detector in the canteen's food preparation area. There are nine detectors in the public dining area.
