“一带一路”战略下广西跨境电商发展的确面临着挑战,但更多的是机遇,广西已错过几次发展的好时机,更应抓住此次机会,在新一轮的对外开放中提升实力。
摘要:2013年中国颁布“一带一路”政策,正式在全国推动跨境电商的发展,广西作为在“一带一路”政策中十大节点城市之一,衔接海上丝绸之路与陆上丝绸之路,有望成为此次政策中中国西南地区最大赢家。近年来随着“电商丝路”在东盟国家的有效推进,广西跨境电商在短短5年间取得了飞跃式发展,进入了跨境电商的蓬勃发展时期。但在未来一段时间内,广西能否借助此次机遇依靠跨境电商拉动区内发展,其中的问题仍值得去探讨。本文通过对相关文献的收集整理,深究广西跨境电商发展历程,并对其现状进行分析,同时结合SWOT分析法,通过研究广西的地利、政策优势与人才、物流等方面的劣势,分析“一带一路”政策为广西跨境电商发展带来的影响,找出广西跨境电商在此次战略中面对的机遇与风险,并根据得出的分析结果尝试提出跨境支付、物流服务、人才培养及借鉴大型电子商务平台四大主要针对性对策。

Analysis on the Impact of "One Belt and One Road" Strategy on Guangxi's Cross-border E-Commerce——Based on SWOT Analysis
Abstract: In 2013, China promulgated the “One Belt and One Road” policy and officially promoted the development of cross-border e-commerce across the country. Guangxi, as one of the ten major cities in the “One Belt and One Road” policy, connects the Maritime Silk Road and the land-based Silk Road. Hopefully become the biggest winner in Southwest China in this policy. In recent years, with the effective promotion of “E-commerce Silk Road” in ASEAN countries, Guangxi’s cross-border e-commerce has made a leap forward in just 5 years and it has entered the booming development period of cross-border e-commerce. But in the near future, how Guangxi rely on this opportunity to stimulate the development of the region by cross-border e-commerce? The issues therein are worth exploring. Through the collection and collation of relevant documents, this article examines the history of development of cross-border e-commerce in Guangxi, and analyzes its current situation. At the same time, in conjunction with SWOT analysis it discuss the geographical advantages, policy advantages, talents disadvantages, and logistics disadvantages in Guangxi to analyzes the impact of the "One Belt, One Road" policy on the development of cross-border e-commerce in Guangxi and identified the opportunities and risks faced by Guangxi cross-border e-commerce in this strategy. Try to figure out four major targeted countermeasures based on the analysis results, scilicet cross-border payments, logistics services, personnel training and learning from large-scale e-commerce platforms.
