昆山新港区10000吨级集装箱码头总体设计+图纸

本工程设计为昆山新港区1万吨级集装码头的主体结构设计。接下来通过平面布置分析、结构选型、荷载计算、构件计算等工作完成了设计。


摘要:昆山位于江苏省苏州市,南邻苏州工业园区,西接常熟。随着改革开放的不断深化,具有优越地理位置的苏州有了很大的发展。一个又一个的工业、轻工业基地建立了起来,货物的外销或者货物的外供都需要畅通的交通,货流量的增大使得苏州市政部门规划了大量的环城高架,但是苏州的交通仍是很拥堵。昆山北临长江,2010年3月长江口深水航道治理三期工程顺利竣工,而且12.5m深水航道将要延伸至南京,让运送货物的车辆直接北上,经长江走水路运往上海港或者内陆成为缓解苏州交通拥挤的最佳选择。这些良好的条件及迫切的需求说明在昆山建港非常有必要。本工程位于新太海汽渡西侧,北临长江。

本次设计首先根据设计资料初步确拟定码头结构形式为高桩码头。然后根据规范及相关设计资料确定码头平面布置。码头上部结构选用板梁式结构,接下来对面板、纵横梁以及桩的尺寸进行了初步拟定,对其承载力进行了验算。在计算过程中需要用到易工等工程软件。最后用CAD软件进行了施工图纸的绘制。

Abstract:Kunshan is located in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, south  ofSuzhou industrial park, west of Changshu. With the deepening of reform and opening up, Suzhou which has a superior location has been a great development. One after another industrial, light industrialpark was established. The export of goods or goods outside the supply of the need for smooth traffic. Cargo traffic makes the Suzhou municipal departments to plan a large number of around the city elevated, but the traffic in Suzhou is still very Congestion.  But in the north of Kunshan is Yangtze River.In March 2010 Yangtze River Estuary deepwater channel management project completed successfully, and 12.5m deep waterway will be extended to Nanjing, these good conditions and urgent needs that Kunshan port is very necessary. The project is on the west side of the new Pacific Sea.

This design is based on the design data to determine the form of the terminal for the high pile terminal. And then according to the specification and related design information to determine the terminal layout. The upper structure of the wharf is made of plate beam structure. The dimensions of the panel, the cross beam and the pile are preliminarily prepared and the bearing capacity is checked. The calculation in the design also with easy engineering and other related engineering software. Finally, CAD software was used to draw the construction drawings.
