粉尘云最小点火能确定方法研究

本文对目前现有的两种主要确定粉尘云最小点火能的方法进行了相关的对比,分析发现两种方法各自在分析粉尘云最小点火能过程中的局限性。


摘要: 有些粉尘在达到一定条件之下便可引发粉尘爆炸,由于粉尘爆炸的危害极大,所以生产或者实验操作过程应当重视。粉尘的最小点火能是评判粉尘爆炸严重程度的重要参数之一,所以研究如何确定粉尘云最小点火能的值也是研究粉尘爆炸领域重要的一环。本论文提出一种新的确定粉尘云最小点火能的“安全交线法”,该方法根据某些粉尘不同浓度梯度下最小点火能实验数据的分布规律,能快速又准确地确定某些粉尘云浓度下的最小点火能的值,这种方法的理论依据不但与粉尘云浓度梯度下最小点火能的分布密切相关,还与粉尘本身的物化性质息息相关。本文通过对三种不同类型的粉尘应用安全线法研究表明,安全交线法能很好地应用在各种不同类型的粉尘,误差分析表明,安全交线法对比传统的回归计算方法在分析和预测某些粉尘浓度下的最小点火能具有一定的优势。

Analytical Study on a New Method of Determining the Minimum Ignition Energy of Dust Cloud

Abstract:  Some dust can cause dust explosion under some certain conditions. Because of the great extreme harm of dust explosion, the process of production or experimental operation should be paid more attention on. The minimum ignition energy(MIE) of dust is one of the most important factors to estimate the severity of dust explosion, so it will also be an important part of the studying of dust explosion to figure out how to confirm the value of the MIE of dust cloud. This paper is showing us a new method for determining the MIE of dust cloud. This method can quickly and accurately determine the value of the minimum ignition energy under certain dust cloud concentration. This method is not only according to the distribution law of the MIE of certain dust concentration gradients, but also the theoretical basis of this method is having relation with the dust itself. Theoretically, the distribution of minimum ignition energy is closely related to cloud concentration gradients, and also closely related to the physical and chemical properties of dust itself. The paper shows us that the new method——named as “Safety Cross Line method” made a great performance in analyzing the MIE of three different types of dust cloud. It also shows us a good result that “Safety Cross Line”, the new method can apply to fit in different kinds of dust cloud well. After we making an error analysis, we got the result that the safety line method has more advantages in analyzing and predicting the MIE of dust cloud than the traditional regression calculation method in certain dust concentration.
