摘要: 本课题是年产1万吨聚氯乙烯管材件的车间工艺设计。相较于普通钢制管材以及其它复合材料管材,聚氯乙烯(PVC)管材的性能和使用寿命更加优越,因此PVC管材是我国塑料管道的主导产品。本设计的主要产品是PVC管材,所采用的工艺流程是先混合原、辅料,配合好的粉料通过风送设备直接进入双螺杆挤出机,最后配合冷却定型设备和牵引设备制备PVC管材。本设计的内容主要包括:先介绍PVC管材的特点及发展现状,然后对工厂厂址进行选择,再依据绿色环保的理念进行配方设计,依次对管材生产的工艺流程、生产设备进行选择,最后进行物料和能量的衡算,并绘制工艺流程图以及车间布置图。PVC管材车间的设计是本设计的主要内容,此外还有PVC管件的工艺设计,其设计流程与管材基本一致。

The process design of the workshop whose annual output is 1 ton of PVC tubular and fittings products

Abstract: This topic is the process design of the workshop whose annual output is 1 ton of PVC tubular and fittings products. Compared with the original steel tubular products and other composite materials tubular products, the performance and working life of PVC tubular products are more dominant, therefore, PVC tubular products are the leading product in the plastic conduits in China. The main product of this design is PVC tubular product, the process flow is to mix the row materials and ingredients first, then transfer the mixed ingredients to the double-screw extruder directly by the pneumatic conveying equipment, at last produce the PVC tubular products combined with the cooling customization equipment and the hauling equipment. The contents of this design mainly include: firstly introduce the features and development situation of PVC tubular products, then select the factory site, design the formula according to the green and environmental idea, select the production process of the tubular products and the production equipment successively, at last balance the materials and energy supply, and draw a process flow diagram and the workshop arrangement diagram. The design of PVC tubular products workshops is the main content of this design, beside there is another process design of the PVC fittings products, which is the same as that of the workshops.
