摘要:本论文研究的是如何合成含氧化复合催化材料,以及催化醇类脱氢反应的各种性能。首先,需要制备的是氧化物复合催化材料,将它应用于醇类脱氢氧化的反应,以此来确定最佳路线及最佳合成反应需要的工艺条件。
本论文选择的对象是壳聚糖负载贵金属的催化剂、醇氧化脱氢反应。并且详细调研了它的催化剂发展历史并加以汇总。为了考察它们在醇氧化脱氢下的催化反应能力,自行调制了壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂还有以壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂负载的SiO2。
1壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂的制备和表征
壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂的制备过程第一步用水杨醛接枝调制壳聚糖并且得到壳聚糖席夫碱,随后与PdCl2乙醇溶液调试得到壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂。壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂的表征需要用到诸多分析手段,例如:X-射线光电子能谱、荧光光谱、热重分析等。

Preparation of alcohol selective oxidation catalyst
Abstract: In this paper, we have studied how to synthesize various catalytic properties of oxygenated composite materials and the various dehydrogenation reactions of alcohols. First, the oxide complex catalytic material needs to be prepared, which is applied to the reaction of alcohols dehydrogenation oxidation, in order to determine the optimum route and the optimum synthetic reaction process conditions.
In this thesis, the catalysts for the chitosan supported noble metals and the oxidative dehydrogenation of alcohols are selected. And detailed research on its catalyst development history and summary. In order to investigate their catalytic reaction ability under oxidative dehydrogenation of alcohol, the chitosan Schiff base palladium catalyst and SiO2 loaded with chitosan Schiff base palladium catalyst were self modulated.
1 Preparation and characterization of chitosan Schiff base palladium catalyst
The preparation of chitosan Schiff base palladium catalyst was first prepared by grafting chitosan and chitosan Schiff base with salicylaldehyde. The chitosan Schiff base palladium catalyst was then tested with PdCl2 ethanol solution. The characterization of chitosan Schiff base palladium catalyst requires many analytical methods, such as X- ray photoelectron spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescence spectroscopy.
