论文针对手工纸质抄录电表的现状,为了提高收缴电费的效率和信息保存的安全性。设计了一个供电所电力收费系统。
摘 要:电能的供应是一切经济发展的基础,是居民日常生活中不可缺少的一部分。在经济飞速发展的今天,供电企业对电费的管理也就尤为重要,而一个实用的电费管理系统则可以帮助供电企业更好的了解各用户的用电状况。起初,人们对于电费管理基本上都是采用纸质统计的方法,耗费的时间和人力都相对较大,而且不便于查询,关键是出错的可能性也相对较大。
本供电所电力收费管理系统能为用电管理者提供充足的信息和快速方便的查询手段。通过采用VB 6.0系统与Access相结合,可以实现对用户的管理杳询、添加和修改,电费每月抄度以及对电费价格的管理等功能。增加用户用电类型的选择,满足多方面用户的需求。系统中可以查询用户的缴费历史,让用户和管理者对电费的收缴情况都有清晰的了解。用户每次缴电费都可以选择是否打印电费收据,加强了供电所与用户之间的联系。用户若没时间每月都来缴费的话,可以预存部分资金,每月缴费时可以自动从这些资金里扣除相应电费。
本论文论述了管理系统开发的基本原理及其结构,对电费的计算方法和过程也进行了一定的讲解。本论文还对系统分许,需求分析,功能设计等方面进行了详细的阐述,界而尽力做到人性化,数据维护方而做到可靠安全,确保系统能够安全有效的准确运行。

ABSTRACT:The supply of electricity is the basis of all economic development and is an indispensable part of the daily life of the inhabitants. In the rapid development of the economy in nowadays, the power supply business management of electricity is particularly important ,and a practical electricity management system can help the power supply enterprises to better understand the user's electricity situation。At first, people for the management of electricity are basically using paper statistical methods,the time and manpower are relatively large, and not easy to query, the key is the possibility of error is relatively large。
The power supply charge management system for the electricity managers to provide adequate information and fast and convenient means of inquiry. Through the use of VB 6.0 system and Access combined, you can achieve the management of the user to inquire, add and modify, electricity monthly copy and the management of electricity prices and other functions. Add the type of user power selection, to meet the needs of many users. The system can query the user's payment history, so that users and managers of the collection of electricity have a clear understanding of the situation. Users can choose whether to print electricity jteipts for each payment, and to strengthen the connection between the power supply and the users. If the user does not have time to pay every month, you can save some of the funds, the monthly payment can be automatically deducted from the funds of the corresponding electricity.
