冲压模具制造业在中国的工业领域是更加的重要,是不可或缺的一部分。本毕业设计课题是连接件落料、冲孔、弯曲成型工艺与模具设计,在设计分析中,通过三种不同的冲压方式进行分析,如单工序模,复合模和级进模。通过分析,最终选用落料,冲孔,弯曲级进模进行本次课题的设计。本文叙述了连接件的冲压成型步骤,生产要求,制品质量,结构等,根据制品的性能要求,采用冲压工序进行零件的加工,并且通过毛坯的展开,排样等方案,工序顺序的确定。本文还能过冲裁力的计算,压力中心计算,模具刃口尺寸与公差的计算进行设计模具。另外,还通过分析冲压模具主要零件的设计方法,包括凸模,凹模,凸凹模,固定板,卸料装置等。设计过程中,通过CAD软件进行合理的模具装配图设计,并列出主要零件的明细清单。通过现代的模具开发与制造技术进行模具结构优化,改进,改善工艺方案,从而提高生产效率。
