摘要:本次设计的课程是后装式垃圾车车厢设计,汽车车头与车厢的结合处的是垃圾车的重要承重构件。车厢是后装式垃圾车最重要的部分之一,主要用于垃圾的装载、运输。在运输过程中,不得有飘、洒、漏现象,避免因此带来的污染和破坏。为了达到压缩式垃圾车这一目的,在垃圾处理工作中必须使车厢具有更高的压缩比。因此,在充分和半具体条件下,根据设计要求确定车厢底板焊接方法的主要结构和研究的主体,运输负荷差异较大,而为了满足身体受压条件下,汽车底板通常比较薄,而且结构容易损坏,因此有必要进行详细的结构设计,通过结构动力学分析,来保证其正确性。
综上一段所诉,后装式垃圾车的车厢设计是必不可少的,首先,工欲善其事,必先利其器。我们得先了解后装式垃圾车。它由汽车底盘、填料器、上装厢体和排出板机构等组成。其发展方向是:提升垃圾的装载量;改善车辆的密封性;垃圾的分类处理。垃圾的分类越细对于环境的保护效果就越好。因此,在满载和半载等具体工况下,根据设计要求确定厢体的主要结构和本文主要研究的车厢底板焊合件,厢体所受载荷差异也很大,而厢体为了满足可压缩装载的条件,也是结构上容易被破坏的部件,需通过结构动力学分析对其进行详细结构设计。本次设计以车厢底板焊合件为具体结合对象,利用UG软件进行绘图,然后通过ANSYS有限元软件进行静态模量分析,来进行具体的车厢底板焊合件的重要设计结构和材料的选取。
