摘  要：随着国际市场和国内市场竞争加剧，越来越多的大中小型制造企业开始认识到工业信息化在企业管理系统中的重要性。从企业的资源即时管理到预见未来资源需求，企业的管理效率随之大大提高，有力的推进了国有中小型企业的发展。但是由于财务信息系统是一个复杂的系统工程，在我国企业中使用范围尚未扩大，财务信息系统引入国内时间尚短，企业应用经验太少，导致在使用过程中出现了很多问题。对财务信息系统的功能、应用、管理控制等方面的研究，具有现实意义。

本文通过对金吉鸟公司的财务管理现状进行分析，讨论了财务信息系统在中国中小企业应用的可能性，从理论上验证了实施财务信息系统的重要性。通过对比金吉鸟公司实施财务信息系统前后企业管理的变化，以及财务信息系统对企业管理核心的管理水平的影响,得出财务信息系统应用对国有中小企业财务管理系统起到非常好的改善作用的结论。最后，本文将在理论和数据分析基础上，探讨金吉鸟公司在财务信息系统构建中存在的一些问题，并针对金吉鸟公司在实施财务信息系统应用过程中出现的具体的问题提出相应的解决建议。

ABSTRACT：With the international market and domestic market competition intensified, more and more large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises began to recognize the importance of industrial information in the enterprise management system. From the enterprise's resources for immediate management to foresee the future demand for resources, enterprise management efficiency with the greatly improved, a strong impetus to the development of state-owned small and medium enterprises. However, because the financial information system is a complex system engineering, the scope of use in China's enterprises has not yet expanded, the introduction of financial information system is still short, the enterprise application experience is too small, resulting in the use of the process there have been many problems. The financial information system functions, applications, management and control aspects of the study, is now a very practical significance of the top priority.

This paper analyzes the current situation of financial management of Jinji Bird Company, discusses the possibility of financial information system application in China's small and medium-sized enterprises, and proves the importance of implementing financial information system theoretically. By comparing the changes of enterprise management before and after the implementation of financial information system, and the influence of financial information system on the management level of enterprise management core, it is concluded that the application of financial information system plays a very good role in improving the financial management system of state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises in conclusion.
