摘  要：在互联网时代背景下，企业的生产经营存在着极大的不确定性，如果企业经营不善，财务状况动荡，无力偿还到期债务，企业将面临生存危机，更加谈不上盈利问题。企业偿债能力的强弱是企业生死存亡的重要影响因素，是企业健康发展的前提。因此，企业要想持续发展，就要进行相应的偿债能力的分析。

本文以三只松鼠作为研究的对象，分析公司短期偿债能力和长期偿债能力的强弱。根据偿债能力的各项指标分析，简单阐述了三只松鼠偿债能力存在的问题，并进一步分析原因，最后对三只松鼠偿债能力存在的问题提出更好的建议。

ABSTRACT：In the context of the Internet era, the production and operation of enterprises there is a great deal of uncertainty, if the business is not good, the financial situation is turbulent, unable to repay the debt due, enterprises will face a crisis of survival, more talk about profitability. The strength of the enterprise solvency is an important factor influencing the life and death of the enterprise, which is the prerequisite for the healthy development of the enterprise. Therefore, enterprises in order to sustainable development, it is necessary to carry out the corresponding solvency analysis.

In this paper, three squirrels as the object of study, analysis of the company's short-term solvency and long-term solvency debt capacity strength. According to the analysis of the index of solvency, the problem of the solvency of three squirrels is briefly described, and the reasons are analyzed. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions on the problem of solvency of three squirrels.

第一章  引言

1.1研究的背景

在我们的国家，出现最早的就是财务分析了，然而并没有真正的开展起来，直到二十世纪才开展起来。但是对于一些外资银行以及一些国内的资本家而言，早已经开始运用偿债能力来对企业进行分析，但是他们不知道怎么利用这些数据信息进行整体的分析。随着社会主义市场经济的发展和成长，与企业相关的各个主体都是从自己的角度出发，来关心企业的财政状况。国家还改进了宏观经济政策，如：建立财务会计制度，完善财务信息披露制度，建立明确的企业产权制度，为分析和掌握企业财务状况创造条件，为建立财务分析系统提供依据。而偿债能力分析也在这样的环境中逐渐产生和发展起来。

自打我们国家加入世贸组织以来，电子商务得到了迅速发展，新的商务网站电子商务项目迅速增加，覆盖到各个商务网站，网上旗舰店以及商店应运而生，而地域也由一开始在北上广等大城市发展到周边的小地方，逐渐蔓延到全国。
